Boa localização e boa vista para o mar. não bem configurado para viagem de lazer ou viagem em família, não é confortável. Machuquei meus dedos dos pés duas vezes no quarto perto da porta do armário, a torneira do chuveiro do banheiro está pegajosa, a toalha está gasta e com casca dura. Serviço parece mais tipo de negócio, um pouco teimoso e hostil.

The check is was terrible. I had to wait for my room for more than 1 hour and it was already 4PM and the staff told me that if I didn’t want to wait he would give me not a nice room.
Before check out a staff came to my room really rude saying that I exceeded the time by 40 minutes

Firstly, it's too pricey and doesn't really offer good value. It feels very hot even after adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting (19 degrees Celsius being the lowest possible). The room is a bit old, and water flows out from the shower room while showering. The bathroom area is extremely dark. This package cost me around $6K HKD, and I can confidently say it doesn't compare well to other new 5-star hotels in Barcelona. The best thing about W is the bar/restaurant on the 26th floor. The staff is generally rude and impolite, possibly including some of the security staff. The reception staff assisting with check-in are also unfriendly, possibly due to a large number of guests waiting.

Check in was very slow. When we check out it was also slow and the personnel was not very nice. Always put us in lowest floors and small rooms, very strange. Won’t recommend it to most people.

Perfect location to mix relax with sport and cultural activities. The Hotel has fine cuisine restaurant that deserve to try name FIRE, the SPA is also a nice experience for energizer yourself.
Staff efficiency and courtesy complete my comments on of course the room view and confort is fantastic.
