The room is clean and hygienic, and there is free shuttle service. I came here with my friends and had a great experience staying in this hotel. The stay was great, the breakfast was delicious and there were many kinds. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very attentive and enthusiastic.

Located between Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. Chanel is downstairs and Tiffany is across the street. A five-star hotel built in 1918. I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

Fantastic location right in the heart of town! You have to pick Condes if you are serious shopping at Hermes Chanel and LouisVuitton because it’s right smack in the middle of these 3. Dior and Loewe are also just a few more steps away. Best choice without having to lug all the shopping back. Room is huge and luxurious, opt for the Balcony for a top view of the city. And the TaxFree claims refund office is just across the road!

The hotel was good in general, the staff at the front desk was friendly, although nothing remarkable. I did not spend much time in the hotel facilities since I was mostly enjoying the city and traveling around, the last night when I came back to my room after a trip to a neighbour city, I found that my room was not cleaned, which was a little upsetting since I was tired and wanted just to take a shower and sleep. I called the front desk to ask the reason why and the person at the phone told me he didn't know anything since he was part of the night shift. My suggestion is to double check with the Housekeeping staff and be careful next time, cleaning a room can make a big difference when it comes to a hotel experience for travelers. Thanks

Firstly, it's too pricey and doesn't really offer good value. It feels very hot even after adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting (19 degrees Celsius being the lowest possible). The room is a bit old, and water flows out from the shower room while showering. The bathroom area is extremely dark. This package cost me around $6K HKD, and I can confidently say it doesn't compare well to other new 5-star hotels in Barcelona. The best thing about W is the bar/restaurant on the 26th floor. The staff is generally rude and impolite, possibly including some of the security staff. The reception staff assisting with check-in are also unfriendly, possibly due to a large number of guests waiting.

Easy to get to by bus from the airport. 5 minutes walk to subway station. It is convenient to go anywhere. There is a convenience store and a supermarket in front of you. The front desk is also open 24 hours a day, and they were kind enough to help me at any time.

The location is excellent. But the room is too basic and not worthy of 4 stars. There is only one electric plug in the whole room, and the computer cannot be plugged in while charging the mobile phone. In addition, it is right above the subway. It is very convenient to travel by bus or subway. There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping areas nearby. You can walk to La Pedrera, Casa Batlló and other places. Life is convenient and safe. The hotel also gave us 12 candies and grapes, from which we learned about Spain’s New Year’s Eve culture. The small details were surprising!

This hotel had a nicer interior than expected and the rooms were great. Spacious and modern. It’s an airport hotel, but still has a good connection to the city with a bus right outside taking you into the heart of Barcelona. There is also a free shuttle from the airport. Would certainly stay again.

The breakfast is diverse, rich and delicious. The room provides snacks, coffee machine and teapot. The room is not big, and it is noisy outside. There are people making noise nearby at night. Because there is another check-in the next day, the hotel will re-charge the breakfast fee for the previous check-in. Two people checked in, and even counted as five people. There was no actual inspection of the payment details. There were obvious mistakes in homework. Although there were improvements, this kind of error is a bit outrageous for a five-star hotel.
