The staff is generally rude and impolite, possibly including some of the security staff. We stayed in the suite on the 9th floor. The hotel is located in Plaza Catalunya, perfect for exploring the city without having to use transport or taxis. The suite was on 2 floors, comfortable and very clean with a view of Plaza Catalunya. The staff was welcoming and always available. A perfect place for a successful stay in Barcelona, ​​I highly recommend it!
