Dian Dou De Dim Sum, etc. Também está a pé à estação de metro Gongyuanqian. 2) O serviço é bom.Aprecio que haja lavagem e secagem aqui.Eles oferecem secar as roupas depois de lavar a lavandaria, se você estiver fora quando a lavandaria terminar.O pequeno-almoço é um pequeno-almoço decente.Há café para se livrar quando você começar o dia. O hotel possui uma localização super conveniente, a apenas 5 minutos a pé da estação de metrô, com restaurantes e supermercados a poucos passos de distância. Os quartos estavam limpos e arrumados, a roupa de cama era macia e sem odores, e o banheiro tinha excelente pressão de água, sem água parada ou manchas. Os funcionários da recepção foram simpáticos e eficientes, chegando a recomendar proativamente lugares interessantes para tirar fotos. O café da manhã era variado e também havia opções de chá da tarde e lanches noturnos – um ótimo atendimento!

I stayed at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed, although the TV size and limited channel selection could be improved. I also received a complimentary room upgrade, which I appreciated, but the room was quite close to the tunnel, so some noise could still be heard at night. The staff were detailed, friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. During checkout, the front desk even checked on my staying experience and noted down my feedback in their system for future stays, which I found thoughtful. The location is excellent, directly connected to Taikoo Hui and the MRT station, which made getting around very convenient. One downside was the spa voucher included in my stay package. Due to my tight schedule, I wasn’t able to use it, so I requested to exchange it for breakfast instead, but the hotel was unable to accommodate the request. It would be great if the voucher usage could be more flexible in the future. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and convenience, with just a few points that could be improved.

Reservei uma cama king-size, que era incrivelmente confortável. Parecia que eu estava afundando nela e adormeci rapidamente. A roupa de cama também era de ótima qualidade. Há uma lavanderia e uma academia no segundo andar. Depois do jantar, caminhei na esteira por meia hora, o que me fez sentir muito melhor. O quarto era espaçoso, o estacionamento era conveniente, o serviço era excelente e o custo-benefício era excelente. Recomendo muito reservar este lugar.

I can say this hotel is one of the best hotels ever! If you're looking for a place where you can chill and relax, this the best option for you. The breakfast is simple but good. You can hear birds chirping in the morning. The service is top tier, very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely come back to stay here again.

We stayed at 2 different type of room, 2 double beds with Tower view room and 1 large bed with tower view. I liked 1 large bed better as it’s more spacious. 1 large bed room with HUGE sofa right at the window which offers greater flexibility to either sleep with the tower or enjoy the view with tea making facilities. The hotel received taobao parcels, which staffs at Ground Floor will asisst to find your parcels for you. Staffs generally are friendly and helpful with great smiles. Nice location of the hotel as walking distance to many malls surrounding. We count down in hotel room facing the Canton Tower however no fireworks as per brief by hotel staffs.

Stayed here for a trip and it was better than expected! It's really close to the subway station, just a few steps away, making getting around super convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, which is a big plus. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it tasted good and was a pleasant way to start the day. The front desk looked quite simple, but check-in was very efficient, and they were quick to respond when I needed an extra towel during my stay. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.
