Are you kidding me? This isn't my first time staying at Atour, and I'm just dying here. Cleanliness: Okay. Environment: There are only a few free parking spaces in front of the hotel, so you have to fight for them. If there aren't any, you can park on the street. The hotel doesn't care about parking. Service: The front desk was very good and polite, and even upgraded my room. The housekeeping service was terrible, and completely perfunctory."

Especially the warm welcome and the sweet housekeeper. Few weak spots but easy to rectify: The deposit felt unnecessary and a waste of time. Front desk staff needs further training to deal with foreign visa holders Waking up to photos of foreign actresses staring at us first thing in the morning felt a bit strange. Something more neutral can only add to an already classy environment. Hope this helps."
