這次入住體驗特別滿意，尤其要誇誇酒店前台服務。工作人員態度熱情親切，辦理入住高效快捷，全程耐心細緻，主動介紹酒店設施和周邊出行訊息，有疑問也都及時解答，讓人感覺很貼心。大廳環境整潔明亮，整體氛圍温馨舒適，從進門開始就感受到專業又温暖的服務。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，休息得很好。酒店位置便利，出行方便，性價比很高。整體服務周到細緻，住得舒心又放心，強烈推薦，下次出行還會首選這家！

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

As soon as I walked into the lobby, the industrial wind and purple light and shadow were intertwined, full of artistic sense, and every shot was a blockbuster. The room is even more highlight, the giant screen projection of the whole wall plus the 5.1 surround sound, lying on the bed is a private theater, movie lovers are ecstatic. The front desk service was enthusiastic and the room was upgraded for free. It is very close to Baoding East Station and it takes ten minutes to take a taxi. Next to it is the food street and Wanda Plaza, and there is no delay in eating, drinking and playing. The price is super high, I will definitely stay here next time I come to Baoding!

賈經理服務態度超級好特別棒！這次入住體驗真的超出預期！酒店位置便利，周邊出行和用餐都很方便，大堂環境雅緻，服務人員態度熱情周到，從辦理入住到退房全程高效貼心。房間乾淨整潔，採光和通風都很好，床品柔軟舒適，睡得特別安穩。衞浴用品齊全，水壓水温穩定，細節做得很到位。酒店整體安靜不嘈雜，隔音效果不錯，休息完全不受打擾。衞生打掃得很細緻，設施維護得也很好，性價比超高。無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，下次來還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給大家！

The location is too convenient! Close to Baoding East Station and the high-speed exit, self-driving parking is free and spacious. It takes 10 minutes to go to attractions such as the downtown museum. It is also super convenient to go back and forth to Beijing. It is very worry-free to drive by high-speed rail or drive. The room is clean and smart: reading lights are adjustable, and robots deliver food super cool! The gym is small but adequate, soundproofed and light rods, comfortable bedding, and the design of separation of dry and wet is particularly user-friendly. The front desk smile is super kind! Take the initiative to help carry luggage and quickly change rooms super efficient. After checking out, I also called to remind you to drop things, and the children's supplies should respond in seconds, and the details are full! There are many Chinese and Western buffet choices, and the taste is online and cost-effective. You can eat a hot breakfast when you wake up and start a good day!

以真心安利保定卓正國際酒店！位置太方便了，緊鄰高速口和高鐵站，還提供接送站。旁邊就是萬達、河北大學和自然博物館，遛娃逛街都省心。 服務必須誇，經理小張和員工們特別熱情，從安排房間到送小禮品，細節拉滿，真有賓至如歸的感覺。房間乾淨寬敞，床舒服隔音好，還有湯泉可以泡。早餐絕了！驢肉火燒、牛肉罩餅這些本地特色都有，吃得超滿足。 環境和服務都很不錯，商務度假都合適，下次來保定還住這兒！👍

優點：環境乾淨衞生，無異味，房間大，佈局合理，有小度，智能馬桶，負氧離子機等智能設施，體驗感不錯。熱水速熱，而且温度高，超讚！隔音效果好。前台服務熱情到位。保安大哥看到我們下出租拐進來，急忙上前幫忙拿行李，很貼心。開票方便。 可提升的地方：1樓可採購的物品種類和數量可以增加些。房間內贈飲種類可以多1-2樣。建議增加化粧鏡。

房間乾淨整潔又安靜，讓人特別放鬆。前台工作人員態度親切，辦理入住高效又貼心，有問必答特別耐心，人超級好，知道我過生日還特意送了果切，很細心下次入住還選擇這個酒店。

這家店的服務態度特別的好，前台有一個成熟的姐姐人很好，其他前台小姐姐態度也很好，一直是笑臉相迎的，看着她們的微笑心情就已經很好了。退房之後在這辦公，給她們借數據線，態度也一直很好的。除此以外，房間也是乾淨整潔，我住的粉色主題房，很適合女生住。總之體驗很好，有機會還願意來這家店入住。
