Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of shopping centers and have drinks. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baoding!

The room is very clean and big. It is a good choice for traveling with the elderly and children. I forgot to bring my ID card when I traveled, and the hotel drove me to the nearby police station to get a certificate. The breakfast is not very good. I hope it can be improved.

We arrived in Baoding. Huazhong was recommended by a friend. Great service. I got up late in the morning and asked the front desk that it was already past breakfast time. I didn’t want to eat anymore. I received a call from the front desk saying that they had communicated with the restaurant and could delay it for a while. Great service, very friendly. I also received a small gift upon check-out, which was very nice.

I have been there three times and I think the price is quite high. The room is very good, the service is not bad, you can play in the water for a day, the consumption inside is also reasonable, we took the children and also licked milk and honey, the children feel particularly comfortable, the surfing and rafting inside are very good. Before I went, everyone gave towels. This time I directly upgraded to the bath towel and brought it back. The quality of the bath towel is also good. The child likes it very much and will go there in the future.

Everything was fine, and finally I wanted to check out late. There was a customer service call that I said that it was delayed until 1:30. I still thanked. Finally, I checked out and charged me a 100 yuan delay fee. I communicated a few calls and said no one said that. Very angry. Yesterday's check-in at five o'clock, the time was tight, and there was no private soup in the room. I wanted to delay for a while, but the hotel was very strict and told me to check out at 12 o'clock. That's OK, I also consulted the amount of late check-out. But the last customer service did inform me that I could delay until 1:30. In the end, the deposit was still deducted, and the communication was not returned to me several times. I was in a very bad mood. No integrity!

On May Day, the whole family went to visit Qingxiling and stayed in Baoding for the night. We chose Xiyue Hotel for the convenience of parking. The location of the hotel is suitable for self-driving. The parking lot is quite large. The room facilities are complete. The breakfast is rich and varied. It can be described as luxurious. The dishes are as good as lunch. The special donkey fire is particularly popular and it is sold out as soon as it is served.

When I checked in, I called in advance to ask about the parking problem, and helped us report the license plate and drove directly to the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, it is worth mentioning that the cotton towels on the bed are particularly comfortable to use, and the washing quality is great. The disadvantage is that the hotel is in a remote location and there are no shopping, entertainment or other places nearby. What I don’t understand is that the two bottles of water in the room are not enough. I asked the front desk for two more bottles and they were charged 4 yuan.
