Nice hotel,
However the Room Service Menu which was supposed to have western items did not.
On asking the question why was told that the restaurant was Chinese and was unable to produce any simple Western dishes.
Hotel employees were all very helpful.

Front desk deserved to be mentioned in this review since they were super friendly and took care of my problems easily and always in a good mood (I believe their name are Cris and Carol). On top of that, I’ve received a gift when I checked-in. The hotel is modern, super clean and close to Baoding East station. My room was flawless and breakfast is a must have. Thanks to all the staff.

酒店地理位置很好，在河北大學對面，近中國古動物博物館。
服務態度非常好，辦理入住時贈送的三份曲奇餅還是熱乎的，用料很足，稍微有點甜。在酒店入住吃了晚餐自助還有轉天早餐資自助，服務員比較熱情，給人很舒服的感覺，菜品不算特別多，但是質量都不錯。晚餐自助現在還有每位一份的煎鵝肝，小米海蔘，蒜蓉粉絲大蚌，飲品裏白葡萄酒紅葡萄酒也都很不錯。
餐廳對面有小孩活動空間，我們趕上的是放冰雪奇緣配扭扭繩手工活動。
屋子格局相對寬敞，洗漱間推拉門還有淋浴操作略不方便，水温很好。
美中不足就是停車位比較緊張，地下車場比較擁擠。

來保定跑馬，這個離起點比較近。
新開業，服務和硬件超級棒。
行政酒廊在21層，咖啡好喝，有啤酒和飲料供應，視野好。晚上有茶點和小吃。適合保定這種錯過飯點，就沒飯吃的城市。
酒店早餐據説不錯，因為跑馬幫你延遲到3點退房。
停車方面免費。
床品和洗浴用品都很好，還是大瓶裝。
總之覺得很好，沒有網上説的那麼不堪。因為比較急，沒有體驗泳池和健身房。
