We spent three nights at the hotel. There is no doubt that the hotel meets all the standards expected of the Kempinski chain. The hotel manager (Mr. Roger) walks around among the guests all day, is interested in their well-being and gives good recommendations regarding spending time in the city. One of the evenings (on the recommendation of the hotel manager) we ate at the sushi restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food. The chef cooks in front of you and serves not only excellent food but gives a performance. Recommended!!!

νερό και υλικά για τσάι και καφέ.
Το στρώμα άψογο! Καθαριότητα και ησυχία!
Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πολυτελές Spa!
Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό!
Ενώ κατά την κράτηση
πλήρωσα αμέσως την αξία του δωματίου
με πιστωτική κάρτα,
η υπάληλος στη reception
δεν έβλεπε στο σύστημα τους
την πληρωμή μου και μου ζητήσε
να ξανά-πληρώσω την αξία της διανυκτέρευσης.
Της είπα οτι είχα ήδη πληρώσει την αξία
της κράτησης του δωματίου.
Την επόμενη ημέρα κατά το check out
μου ζήτησαν να ξαναπληρώσω τη διανυκτέρευση.
Επέδειξα την απόδειξη πληρωμής
που μου είχε στείλει η Trip.com
τότε η υπάλληλος δήλωσε οτι θα έπρεπε να το επιβαιβεώσει ο
manager...αφού περίμενα ακόμη μερικά λεπτά
αναγνώρισαν την πληρωμή μου.
Δυστυχώς η καθυστέρηση και η έλλειψη ενημέρωσης
της πληρωμής ήταν αδικαιολόγητες για 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο.

Grandes quartos acolhedores com grandes casas de banho. O hotel está situado junto ao teleférico principal e oferece-lhe a oportunidade de comprar um passe de esqui VIP para evitar o que no início. Maravilhosa área de spa com academia totalmente equipada e muitas atividades relaxantes. Café-da-manhã e jantar como parte de uma reserva de meia pensão foi apenas ok. Pessoal realmente gentil e prestativo.

Beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location right next to the gondola station with ski in and ski out. The staff are outstanding, they go above and beyond to make guests feel like VIPs. We stayed for a week and loved everything about this hotel! From the spa to the restaurants, the front desk, the bar and a special shout out to the ski room staff and the room attendants, the team is great. Little things like walking through to the restaurant and being asked (knowing my name) if I am having a nice stay, and do I need anything is a really nice touch especially as these staff see thousands of guests a year. The rooms are lovely, spacious, immaculate and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was nice as was supper and reasonably priced in our package. We were frequently joined by my sons who were staying nearby. The restaurant staff could not be more helpful. This is my 4th visit to Bulgaria and is my first choice as an intermediate skier with a party of mixed levels. The location makes meeting up during the day and evening super easy especially if we split up during the day. Popping in and out was so easy and the ski room staff are incredibly responsive at accommodating you speedily and the bar is a 1 minute walk inside with another bar outside at the door so great for waiting for others. Is there a downside? I would have to dig deep and have to say I would struggle to come up with anything. The internet connection was great, the bathroom beautifully equipped with plenty of hot water and the bedding of excellent quality. These are my usual gripes with hotels but the Kempinski got these right too so I have to award a 10/10 I would definitely come again and am looking forward to it already.

Very great hotel. The location is amazing, with skis directly to the mountain. Room service and other service very good. SPA excellent, very clean. Saunas are already warm in the morning. Rich breakfast and also dinner. We recommend this hotel.

We booked a deluxe mountain view room with balcony for our ski holiday paying Kempinski prices. However, the room we were allocated (319) had a limited view and balcony overlooked the roof of the dining room below. It also had a motor or pump in a box just next to the balcony which annoyingly cut in and out during the day and night. We asked at reception for a room change but were shown an uncleaned recently vacated room which smelled of cigarette smoke. Reception staff told us with a smile that this was the only option at that time or pay more money ! Reluctantly, we stayed where we were but no one from reception or management made any other effort to address our issues. Having said all that, the hotel staff in the ski room and in the dining room were very helpful and efficient. The breakfast and evening buffet food was good too. Shame about the reception staff and room 319 !

The hotel was perfectly located for skiing :-) Rooms were clean & comfortable :-) Spa was very relaxing before 4-30pm when it becomes busy with a lot of children using the facilities Absolutely appalling menu if you have a plant based diet, I struggled terribly and could only be offered salad in the restaurants but had to pay the same price as a full meat meal :-(
