While the hotel card is user-friendly, occasionally, there might be Wi-Fi issues, but the staff is always friendly and ready to assist. The hotel room features a simple design, and there's ample space under the bed for luggage storage. Even if you have an oversized suitcase, it won't obstruct your walking area. Good stay here, recommended!

This was my second stay in this hotel and we will go back everything we need to stop over in Bangkok through our backpacking holidays. It is convenient located, not far from the BTS station and the boat pier. Also, the best street food is down the road, as some local restaurants that also provide basic western food. The hotel has a small swimming pool where I love to see the sunset and self laundry facilities. Reception staff and housekeeping are very efficient. The only thing I did not approve was the breakfast selection. Last time we had a decent buffet with many options to choose from. This time the buffet was only extended to bread slices, fruit and beverages, we had to order the hot dishes (like omelette, etc). This leaves no space for quantity selection nor to try smaller portions of local cuisine, for example.

I stayed this in 2016, and now the hotel room is refurbished the room into ALL WHITE color which is okay. Bright and looks modern clean , though to me a bit boring (perhaps to put one iconic color on the sofa or chair, but maybe that’s the designer concept) . Downside : The design is a bit lack of safety , why they painted the door stopper with white color ? My feet hit it 3 times every time I want to put something in the cupboard , the bathroom door also not safe. Notice also the bathroom does not cleaned thoroughly. Took pic on the shower water knob. Disgusting

Love! frankly speaking this is not my first time staying here, stayed here before even years ago & have always been my favourite hotel, for the price of merely RM160(ard USD34) only! including breakfast for 2 I would say it's indeed best value ever! Room was super spacious, clean & tidy, just some of the furnitures bit worn out, otherwise it's all percecto Simple buffet breakfast spread but it's all gud, noodle station & egg stn were awesome👍 location wise no others can beat, just easily reach by BTS, alight at Chong Nonsi BTS and heads down, I residence is just next to the station👍 7eleven just below the hotel and foodcourt as well, so pratically you wont get hungry at all here, and dont forget the morning weekdays market behind Trinity Silom that has soooooo many to offer & its just like merely 5mins walk away, very convenient👍 not forgetting their Pool at the highest floor (level10) fantastic view of King Power MahaNakhon tower from here👍 overall its a good stay and worth the price highly recommended👍

worth for money, near HuaLumpong Train station and MRT station. hotel has a comfy bed and private bathroom with reasonable price. good for sole and couple traveler who want a walking distance to train station. easy to go to ChanaTown and downtown.

Over all is a very nice hotel with such a convenient spot But unfortunately there have an engineer noise a From the next building we are right next to it (Room 410) the other side would be way batter We woke up from the noise at 6:30am That’s the really unfortunate bit, so I would still recommend this hotel but will remarked with requested when I book next time 😌

The hotel is a bit old but I like their idea of going green. The room I was given is on level 10 and has a balcony as shown. Only level 10 has. The wardrobes are not functioning well. The staff kindly lent me universal charger. Breakfast was ok

First of all, thank you for the complimentary airport pick up at BKK, good coordination and English communication from your staff, Wimonrat sukrasebya further helped me in getting a comfortable and speedy ride to the hotel. 👍👍👍 Being a solo and leisure traveler, I was not able to take a swim and sunbath after breakfast as the swimming pool is located on the west side of the hotel. This means the sun won't hit the swimming pool until 2pm. This has really ruined my trip and I was very disappointed but I know there is nothing the management can do about it.😅😅😅 Then the next issue is the bathroom. First, the water faucet is located too close to the edge of the sink, so water splashes around the entire sink top and everything is wet. Please see the attached photos. Secondly, the shower cubicle does not have a door and result in water splash again. But luckily this can solved by putting a floor towel outside the area to avoid slipping. 😩😩😩 Moreover, it is the English level of the staff. It is not up to par in such an international renounced hotel management property. I got my toe hurt in the swimming pool and then asked for an adhesive bandage, but noone understood what I said on the phone until they saw the attached photo. Later on, the staff told me that they run out of bandages. Eventually, they managed to get me a couple of them to stop the bleeding. 😅😅😅 Finally, I would say the service and friendliness of the staff was good and responsive. It would be much better if they can get more training in the language skill especially in English. In conclusion, I have to say that I won't be staying with that hotel again in my future visits to BKK, simply because the swimming pool is really bothering me as I won't be able to get sunbath and a swim in the morning after breakfast.

I am really impressed with the hotel. The room is very clean. Staff are super helpful, especially the male staff helped me get the taxi. Thank you so much. The hotel location is very close to the BTS Chong Nongsi so it's a great location hotel. There is 7elevent close to the hotel. I didn't realize there is a good hotel in that soi. Value for the money when staying at this hotel.

A great hotel which was excellent value for money. The lobby alone is impressive as you arrive, and staff is very polite and helpful, from the stewards opening the door, to the desk staff and also the cleaning staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable although the mattress in my room would benefit from an upgrade. Amenities are great, the gym has a very decent amount of equipment and the pool is very nice too although pretty much always in the shade so even in the middle of the afternoon the water isn’t too warm! Finally the location is very decent too, there’s a 7-11 just outside the hotel and you can walk to China Town within 25 minutes. I would definitely stay there again. That said, I was somewhat disappointed that despite being told I was upgraded to an Executive room, my room had a view facing the opposite building instead of the cityscape which was what I expected based on the pictures.
