The accommodation is very clean. There is a key card system, the price is reasonable, but in the alley, it is a little difficult to find a taxi.

There are more than a dozen business trips in Thailand every year. This is the first choice for transit. The quiet room is clean and the location is good. There is no problem with the waiter who can't communicate in Chinese and English. Friends who pass by have to check out the next day. Because there are a lot of packages, I told the waiter the second Can Tian help him deliver the package to a station 100 meters away, but the hotel is unwilling to give tips, and points will be deducted for this service

A beautiful and charming boutique hotel. I love the spacious and clean room with windows and a balcony. The bed is firm and comfortable. The room diffuser, body wash and shampoo smells so good! The bathroom is big. Thanks to Bella and the team for their great service! They replace the faulty hairdryer and also loan me a plug adapter. The downside of this stay is the noise from the busy traffic along sukhumvit soi 71 and also the occasional vibration in the room when large vehicles drive pass. But no worries, I’m used to the noise and can sleep well after a long day of shopping outside.

We stayed here for 3 nights while in Bangkok. We arrived on the overnight train from Chiang Mai at 7:30 am and the hotel stored our bags for us until check-in time (and delivered our bags to our room up 3 flights of stairs). We had a beautiful room on the 3rd floor (no elevator, and the stairs are steep). The room was large and the beds were pretty good—I would say better than average, as the beds in Thailand seem to be a bit hard. The bathroom area was large and the shower was hot and strong. There is a very limited breakfast offering (mostly a banana, toast and coffee in the morning) and we ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Although the hotel was located down a side road and then an alley, we used Grab service quite a bit and they always arrived without a problem, although we usually walked to the end of the alley for pickup and drop off to make it more convenient for them. It was a bit of a walk—maybe 7 or 8 minutes—to the Sky train and subway, but not too bad. The receptionist was extremely helpful and could not do enough for you. All in all, we loved this hotel and this would be our first choice if we ever need a hotel in Bangkok again. (I listed this as a mid-range hotel, but since we only paid about $40 a night, it is more of a budget hotel with a mid-range accommodation.)

Excellent hotel if you are on a budget 👍👍. Great staff no complaints at all from me. Big clean room nice view from balcony. 2 minute walk to fashion Island shopping centre. Short taxi ride to night markets in the area. Polite vendors absolutely no pushy ones. 2 convenience stores across the road also two great locations to do laundry as I prefer front loader washing machines than top loader ones.

Good location to stay if you are heavy shopper in Pratunam area. Room is kinda small and pack when you have more luggages. The hotel is so kind to keep our luggages after check out for free, and we could walking around for last min shopping before leaving Bangkok in evening.

If you're looking for a place to spend quality time with your family, I recommend this hotel. Sivatel Bangkok is located in the heart of Bangkok, directly across from the Central Embassy, but it is surrounded by a peaceful environment. Among hotels, department stores, and office buildings, this location provides a stunning cityscape view while remaining very quiet inside the hotel. The Duplex Orchid Suite, where I spent my two-night staycation with my family after New Year's Eve, is spacious enough to spend the entire day in. The suite has a large living area where we can all gather as a family. We didn't see many people in the public area because of the COVID-19, which gave us peace of mind. Breakfast is served as a buffet a la carte, with an unlimited number of options from the menu. (However, don't order too much because the portions are quite large.) I agreed with other reviews that the staff here is extremely helpful and attentive. I believe it is a wise decision not to travel too far to the crowded destinations near Bangkok.

Highly recommend this industrial chic boutique hotel. Go for a Wat Arun room. The Wat Po rooms basically look down an alley or at neighbouring buildings. Rooms was spacious with adequate shower. Room comes with bluetooth speaker, Nespresso mini. Decent minibar (although why would you with the obligatory 7/11 close by). Sadly no balcony, however rooftop bar makes up for it. Its a walkup so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. Food is excellent - both breakfast and dinner. Would recommend eating dinner at the hotel (reservation recommended). Hotel has a popular rooftop bar with 360 views of the area, decent cocktails and bar menu. Have stayed in this area before and wow has it improved! The area is definitely going down the gentrification route and lots of bars, coffeeshops, juice bars etc. A huge improvement has been the opening of the Sanam Chai MRT station - access via public transport is now super easy.
