The rooms was not only unclean, but also the hotel in general is not a good pick. Old and dirty rooms, with poor front desk support. Seems like a business going downhill

"I had an exceptional first night at Hotel Royal Orchid! The luxurious ambiance, impeccable service, and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. The staff's warmth and hospitality added a personal touch, and the room's comfort exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to the rest of my stay!" Ambience is good. Oriental Cuisine at their restaurant Gina is just too good. I enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Ms. Revathy was very polite and helpful. Thanks. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a relaxing and a happy stay at the hotel which is located in heart of City ❤️ food and service is outstanding and from ging resturant the views was exactly outstanding Especially I would like to think to Ms Revathy Anil from front desk. She was attentive, pleasant smiling and good service.

Excellent service by pinky Singh. Nice ambience. The starters were little spicier than expected but tasted really good. The broccoli ***churian was specifically very good. It was something different compared to what we usually get in other restaurants. There was live perfor***ce as well and the view from the 10th floor was stunning. It's our second visit and definitely wouldn't be our last :)

This is my second stay at Royal Orchid Central hotel in Bangaluru. It is conveniently located to airport and city center. I feel that this hotel cares a lot about the comfort of the customers meticulously. Rooms, bathroom, ambience, restaurants, foods are very nice. I would like to mention specifically that water in glass bottles and hand wash dispensers are provided. There're not common in other hotels I stayed. Revathy Anil, hotel syaff was very mindful of my comfort while I stayed here. Staffs are very supportive. I enjoyed foods and service was excellent.

Excellent service by Ahilesh and his team - Anup and especially Pinky Singh. They made it a most memorable and special birthday for my mother with great service, food and memories to take away with us of a special day ! A special occasion is something that few places make truly worth remembering and the team at Ging is certainly one of them ! Highly recommended.
