I would say this hotel is great! Their rooms are clean the staffs are very approachable especially the room guy whatever I ask he gives the crew also in the buffet they will ask you foods you want and everything. Before I left I had breakfast and this guy just let me sit and get foods for me. That's a very nice act! Thanks to them. The guard also was very helpful. I don't give comments to which hotel I stayed but this hotel deserves it. God bless everyone 😇

Wonderful luxurious rooms awesome great quality breakfast with fresh fruits and juices courteous staff overall rooms are very nice with lot of interior design which will make ur stay memorable. Air condition is of high quality to hotest climat never in Bangalore which i came across room service is quick and housekeeping is decent overall service is quite good compared to other hotels highly recommend place for couples families and solo travellers.

I had a amazing stay at the Elanza hotel bengaluru.home way from home you can say in terms of warmth comfort service and safety the rooms are clean very very clean and pillows are magical room service and front office staffs are attentive and friendly and helpful I had a pleasant stay with professional staff and very sweet too hope to come back soon for my next visit

The location is best thing about the hotel very nice location in CDB location the rooms are clean and food is also good they have comfortable and cozy rooms the staff are very friendly who provide us a great service highly recommended place for a budget visitor or first time visiting to Bangalore

VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THE FRONT DESK. The front desk person told me to wait. I waited for more than 10 minutes. I just wanted to see the rooms before booking... I had a Very Bad Experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone... he was not willing to explain anything about the room...

Perfect room bed pillow and bed sheet was very clean and soft. Good service by reception and housekeeping staff. Restaurant was also good with south and north Indian dishes. Room was clean and ambience was good. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure purposes

The hotel is really comfortable and clean. Wonderful luxurious room.awesome breakfast with great options.felt very good and comfortable.staff are helpfull. We enjoyed our stay . The location is good to the number of places to visit. Absolutely outstanding experience staying at Elanza hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Don't miss the morning breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Overall it was an ok stay but we had the rudest treatment from office guy Mr. Arjunan Nair who checked us out. In our opinion he is not fit to be in the service industry with his level of rudeness to his guest. I hope the ***agement will look into this seriously otherwise they will be losing customers for sure.
