The Woodrose

The hotel was ideal location. Front desk staff were very nice. They accommodated all our requests including change of rooms, late check out and local transportation etc. We also ate at the restaurant in the hotel- again good food and service

The hotel and the rooms were very good. Hotel amenities are also great. Room size and quality is also great. Food can be better but overall it was good. Beds were very comfortable. Work desk and chair is great. Overall it was a great experience and stay.

We were staying at The Woodrose from 23 to 31 March 2024 and we had an enjoyable experience. The food was excellent and the facilities good. The staff took exceptional care of us. We would like to commend Nagesh, Raghu from the Melting Pot and Prasanth, Shai and Pushpa from the from the front desk. The staff from housekeeping section were also excellent. Will definitely stay again.

We had two stays in woodrose club as part of a wedding party. Stay1 - we were a group of 30 guests in 16 independent rooms. I am the father of the groom with several guests of family and friends. We arrived together (and were not completely prepared for the checkin logistics - with no fault of woodrose club) and needless to say the process turned chaotic very quickly with each guests having their own ideas of how to streamline the process. The two ladies (unfortunately i didnt note down their names) took charge and streamlined the process quickly and effectively and checked us all on very short time. After that initial hiccup (again completely lack of coordination on our part), the stay was extremely comfortable. All the guest enjoyed their stay. The support staff, the housekeepers and the restaurant were very efficiant and attentive. The checkout (again the entire gang of 30 guest leaving together) couldn’t have been smoother. The staff was completely prepared to handle the checkout, baggage handling and see us off in our transport with pleasant memories. Stay 2: this was a couple of days later but with a smaller group of 9 guests and 4 room. This time, the staff was ready. Our checkin / stay / checkout couldn’t be better Overall the property is very clean, the rooms are big and comfortable and above all the staff is superlative. Really good rooms. Neat and clean. Service is also good. Waiter and everyone was polite. Guided us to Rome around. Playing area was also amazing. Best part is they have bigger swimming pool. Loved my 2 day stay here

Ramesh's excellent housekeeping made my stay at Woodrose Hotel very comfortable. The room was always kept spotless and well-stocked. Ramesh was thorough, hardworking and polite. He paid attention to detail, anticipating and addressing all my requests promptly. Ramesh's high service standards represent the hotel well.

Excellent ambience at an affordable price range, Superior and Deluxe rooms are good. Front desk executive Mr. Prashant is courteous and helpful, attending to all out requests promptly. His effective communication made our stay pleasant. Hotel is located centrally in southern Bengaluru.
