FabHotel Crown Heights - Nr Koramangala Club

I regret to inform you that your stay at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory. The rooms were unclean, and to our dismay, we discovered bed bugs. The overall hygiene was subpar, creating an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, our experience with the TV was distressing. The TV wreck was damaged, and after checking while we were sleeping, it fell, resulting in further harm. When we reported the incident to the reception, the staff accused us of causing the damage and insisted we buy them a new TV. The lack of professionalism was evident, with the staff member displaying rude behavior, pointing fingers. The situation escalated as the staff member refused to leave out room and engaged in argumentative behavior. This unprofessional conduct was unexpected and highly disappointing. It's clear that there is a severe lack of customer service and education among the staff. In the end, after paying for a TV we chose to check out early due to concerns for our safety and the unhygienic conditions. The experience has left us with a negative impression of the hotel's management and overall standards. We strongly advise against staying at this establishment to ensure the safety and well-being of fellow travelers

The location is good for this hotel but This place is not clean, stain in floor, dirty towels. Not precessional team, guy who provided breakfast was dealing totally unhygienic. Won’t recommend this for couples. They manipulate reviews so check google reviews before booking. I booked based of *********** reviews and it’s definitely wrong.
