They woke me up at 9am for no reason when all I wanted to do was sleep. They didn't let my girlfriend who arrived 2 days after I did to stay in my double room for two people. Outrageous. They accused me of organizing ***** with a Tuk tuk driver when I just wanted a lift later that day to a restaurant. They suggested my girlfriend, that I hadn't seen in 5 months was a **********. Boring social areas.
However, the service staff, not ***agement were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating in every way. If only their ***agement personnel were as good as they were. Unfortunately they made me feel like a criminal.

The hotel staff are very professional, and called to confirm our checkin time before we reached. They accommodated our early checkin request and were very helpful all through. The Springs hotel is located right in the center of the city, on Siddaiah Road. Its just 2 minutes from Lal Bagh Gardens, and MTR. V.V.Puram food street and various temples are closeby too. Public transport, Call taxis and auto are also easily available at this location. The room was spacious and extra bedding was promptly set up. Our request for extra towels, toiletries etc. was immediately attended to. The only draw back is the road outside this hotel which could be better maintained.

A fine hotel at a superb location (closest to the city's main attractions). Rooms and the corridors were super clean. We had a comfortable 3N stay. Food (lunch/dinner) was excellent both in terms of taste and quantity. Breakfast pretty average with lot of improvement areas in the number of items Biriyani (both veg & non veg) awesome! Great service from all departments Very nice staff Overall great value for money. One & Only disappointment: Pool was closed for maintenance throughout our stay. So better check on that before travelling if you insist to spend time on the pool

The hotel staff is good and courteous.service overall is good , they clean room everyday which is really very nice . However the location of the hotel is bad. It's surrounded by a market of car accessories so the crowd is really bad around the hotel .you can't walk in that area

Nice hotel with excellent customer service from all departments including reception, housekeeping, restaurant etc. They are happy to help all the time. Their complementary buffet breakfast was great. I would highly recommend Springs hotels and spa.

I booked two business studio rooms and I wasn't presented with wifi passwords but graciously accompanied to our despite our late arrival. Rooms were OK.. staffs aren't responsible . When I requested for shower gel . The room assistance people offerd me shampoo . When I politely requested for shower gel to be bought at my own expense. They said the shops were closed While the time was 9pm. Seriously!! it's bangalore guys. Wasn't a pleasant experience. Only thing is you can't get business studio room with bathtub at a cheap.

Morning itself I informed that 03 of my family members will stay in the room. They collected extra amount but the room was not ready till night 12.00. Highly pathetic. They don't deserve even one star.

Excellent staff. Very clean properly ***aged room. Quality breakfast.enjoyed the stay. This is the second time I am staying here during last 2 months.flexible on checkin and checkout time. Walkable distance to lalbag. I will choose to stay again here when next time i am in Bangalore.

Accommodation: 4/5. I occupied the spacious studio room, which was sizable and comfortable. Bathroom: 2/5. Despite its large size, I found the bathroom inconvenient. The jet spray was malfunctioning, the shower didn’t switch to the tap, and the temperature fluctuated drastically between hot and cold, never reaching a consistent level. Dining: 3/5. The food was adequate but fairly standard, with a limited menu. Unfortunately, I was unable to partake in the buffet breakfast. Service: 2/5. There were issues with service. The staff member tasked with clearing the table after meals neglected to clean it. Additionally, when I needed assistance with an early 5 AM checkout, my calls to reception went unanswered. A notable grievance was my inability to access the pool. Despite being informed at check-in that the pool was open from 7 AM to 7 PM, I arrived at 6:30 PM to find the area darkened. After requesting the spa occupant to switch on the lights, I discovered there were no towels available. Upon seeking a towel from reception, I learned that the pool had been closed due to chlorine mixing, information I would not have known if I had been provided a towel initially. Lastly, I noticed a discrepancy in the menu where the same item is listed with two different prices, which was confusing. For instance, steamed rice was priced at INR 200 in one section and INR 180 in another, and I couldn't discern the reason behind this discrepancy. The dining expenses were notably high, exemplified by the INR 50 charge for a 1-liter Bisleri bottle.
