Location is central and transport easily available. ***y good restaurants, shops near by. Staff is very helpful with good attitude. Rooms were clean and sufficient. Dining area is spacious and clean. ***y temples near by. Fast wifi network was a plus.

Stay at hotel was good. Staff was very polite and helpful. Location wise very well placed in the city. A good local market very nearby. Breakfast was served at room as it seems very limited or no dining place. Overall an excellent stay and value for money.

Hotel TREEBO TREND AKSHAYA BULL TEMPLE ,BASAVANGUDI being in the heart of city reasonably good for stay. We r very much impressed on the behavior of the staff.Good room where we stayed.Enjoyed the stay.veg etraian hotels are nearer to the hotel that also adds your comfort of not searching for dosai,vada etc.,

Happy with the service. I like to mention names including Vinay, Milan, Dimpy, Damodar are very good. Please breakfast in-house soon. Would recommend security guard. I love visiting Dodda Ganesha temple, taking walks in the park near by, shopping at Gandhi bazaar. Eating at near by restaurants.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Better to stay on footpath. A huge garbage was piled up in front of my door when I checked in but it remained there when I was checking out. Dirty coffee mugs to get it exchanged took one hour. Soiled pillow covers, unwashed bed sheets. Very bad experience.

Bedsheets and pillows are worn out. Room looks shabby with paint worn out. Bathrooms buckets are terrible. Needs to be replaced. There is no kitchen so there is not options for breakfast. There is no menu available. It is daily idli, dosa or poori that becomes boring. Most of the days we don’t order at all.

I had booked 2 rooms for my relative. I had been to the rooms and also accompanied them when there was an issue with the air conditioner. This is the feedback: Positives: - Good location with marriage halls around, south indian restaurants and the western restaurants around, and the famous Bull temple nearby - Lively location - One room was spacious, other was slightly small Improvements: - They seem to control the ac through a technical device which is at the reception. This device is used to set the temperature and the fan/cool. We reported a problem with the ac not cooling in one of the rooms at 9am and then again at 10am and asked them to check it out. When we went in the evening, the room was still how with only the blower blowing. We again told them the problem and they set something in the device at the reception. But, it did not solve the problem and they insisted that the ac was working. We then asked to accompany us the room and check. There was no cooling. They then changed the room. Essentially, they depend on technology and its numbers at the reception to see if the ac is working rather than physically going to the room and checking it out. This is not right. - The rooms do not have fan. They need to provide ceiling fans in the rooms. - The finally bill had the total amount in words and in numbers. The amount in words differed considerably from the one in numbers. Not sure why. And the advance paid amount was not shown in the final bill. Blame it on who - software or hu***s?

Good rooms with modernising but slightly lacking good maintenance- stains on the flooring,water drip from bathroom control cocks.Window net had come loose. Staff polite but tardy.Late time responses for even small things like a fruit knife in the room or serving evening tea in the room.No kitchen is a handicap.One needs to push the staff for effectiveness and be the ***agement itself rather than the guest.Good rooms with comfortable amenties and the hotel building overall is the redeeming factor.
