Ótimo hotel, boa alimentação em padrões internacionais, com ou sem pimenta para todos os públicos, excelente serviço de restaurante onde fui atendido pelos Srs. Arpeet e I***uel com primazia! Grato pela cordialidade.

Grand Mercure Bangalore is tucked in a beautiful location, Kora***gala offering a great amalgamation of leisure and business hotels. Stayed in this property for two nights with family - my heart goes out to the entire team of the hotel but specifically who stood out are, Ms. Akansha and Mr. Mohnish from the Front Office depar**ent, Mr. Rahul from the Housekeeping depar**ent (he prepared the guestroom beautifully with his tower art), Mr. Sujith from the in-room dining time and lastly Chef Vikas and his tremendous team of culinary and food & beverage together. Thank you to all and looking forward to staying again soon!

One of the finest spa in banglore,had a relaxing massage thanks to tulika from front office for getting me a quick reservation for the spa,loved the services here everything is good.the massage followed by steam makes you refreshed and rejuvenated.wipl be coming back for sure to avail all the services,one again thanks to all the staffs for being so hospitalble.

Great service and very friendly staff!!! Would recommend it for sure !! Deepshika and anirudh and pradhumen was helpful. The hotel ambiance was amazing. I would come back surely with my family again. A big thanks to the great customer service.

The service and check in check out process went really hassle-free with the help of staff here..they are very polite I should names of them also here Deepshikha, Pradhu*** & Anirudha from front desk. The complimentary breakfast is really nice

Front desk staff deepshikha who was very proactive with our enquiries,pradhu*** and anirudha was extremely helpful throughtout our stay. The service was extremely amazing of the hotel staff . Overall the best experience ever. I would definitely visit again.

One of the best family restaurants I have visited so far. My family enjoyed our time at the restaurant and the food was just awesome. Chicken ghee roast and paneer tikka was my personal favourites. Thanks to the great servers Suraj , Rc & ***ager Subham who took good care of the kids on the table & served all the food in no time. Will surely visit again❤️
