The rooms are poky and cheap looking. There are not even proper chairs to sit on. The bathroom is not equipped with a health faucet. One has to beg repeatedly to get the room cleaned. I am halfway thru my stay and I'm sitting in a filthy room. I have asked 3 times for cleaning service but no one has come. This morning i had to leave early for a meeting and needed my car brought up from the basement parking. I had to call 3 times before a drunk/half asleep person answered my call. This person was so sleepy they could not even follow what i was saying. I am shocked at this garbage dump of a hotel!!!!

Sandipa is best assistant and keep my stay in The Den a enjoyable trip. Enjoyed The Den service very much....the stay was so comfortable and great I am sooo happy.. great hospitality

Very nicely maintained hotels and the hose keeping are the friendliest i have ever seen The facilities are also top notch like swimming pools The views from the hotel is just amazing overlooking the itpl park Cons: The food is more inclined towards foreign crowd for indians its not that great average atleast the vegetarian section

In my previous visits to Bangalore I always stayed in another hotel, non far from this one. I changed but it will not happen again. Two areas for improvement. The car service is a mess. Too many people and no one in charge. They forgot about me a couple of times. You need to improve! The first night someone entered in my room in the middle of the night. I put a signal to check it and in the morning I found it broken, meaning the door was opened. This is unacceptable. The same happened to a colleague of mine two nights later.

The hotel is really good in terms of stay and location is also very good. Staffs are very good and the services provided are good, aing few Sandeepa, Pujan, Amelia, Jessy and many more i am unable to recollect their names. Iverall a very good stay.

We had a wonderful team event in the forest. Arrangements were very nice and the staff assistance was good. (Amit, Manish and Manager Vijay thanks for your hospitality. Hope you continue to increase the hospitality like this...... .......

Awesome hospitality and services.appreciate the warm welcome by Mr. Dibeyendu and Amit and room services by Mr.guru prasad. Food was delicious and calm atmosphere. Had a happy experience. Event hall had all the required technical facilities.overall a happy visit
