Athulya Residence Suite Rooms

Athulia Residence is a modern hotel with a good location. It looked clean, my room was nice and spacious. One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappoin**ent, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Usually at any hotel they take a copy of your passport and fill it out. Second, because I liked the hotel, I decided to stay another night, The staff chased me to pay the bill without even looking at the fact that I paid the bill online. Third, when I checked out, instead of helping me with luggage, taxi, etc. they told me to "stay here" so he could check my room. It's obvious that they never worked at the hotel. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.
