I stayed in this hotel for two days and it was a good stay. When she left, she left some money in the safety deposit box. I was then called and received all my valuables. I thank the hotel management and security department.

The wifi connection is not good and only last 5 minutes even the technician came to visit. the connection on off and really not as 4 star hotel. And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha.. Overall its good hotel for staycation.

The hotel is nice, and very clean. The bathroom is very clean. AC and wifi are okay...the breakfast menu is delicious and very complete. The staff is also friendly...

I really LOVE IT. It's a boutique hotel and walking distance to the bandung plaza mall. Went for a movie in the mall and no issues walking back to our hotel at night Rooms are clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. 3 single bed and space is still spacious and accomodate our luggage. Hehe. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if we're given the opportunity to visit bandung again.

Hi.. Julia if you still remember us . sorry for my late review .We're from netherland and it's our first time stay in this hotel i booked the room from agoda. From the moment we were checked in by Ms Julia we had a most memorable stay until we checked out. also she checked on us in every occasions to see if we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. she is one of the professional person , friendly and very good sense of humor and always smiles. About hotel having very great pool with nature view, full of mirror in every where, the breakfast is also good . keep up the great job julia ! Many thanks to The Amaroossa Hotel Bandung for your excellent service and hospitality
