Perfect weekend stay. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, amazing staff and delicious food. The garden with the waterfall and fish bonds were added bonus. The swimming pool area with life music in the evening was also lovely. I also enjoyed the coffee shop with different varieties of coffee.

They should be responsive to requests, provide assistance when needed, and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. 2. Cleanliness: A well-maintained hotel ensures cleanliness throughout its premises, including rooms, common areas, and amenities. Guests appreciate a clean and tidy environment that promotes comfort and hygiene.

Overall it's okay but the water in the shower is a bit floating then the air conditioner is full and the bedside lamp is broken. Yesterday I asked for a good view, instead I was given a roof view. It's the same as the shower room, it's better to have an ad door. Same with ceramic grout, the finishing of the building is neater, right? Or you have to clean the crust often. Thanks. But will come back again for strategic location. People for valet service are really helpful.

Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.

we would like to extends our thanks to # Mr. Hadi the Front office manager for his hospitality, provide us great view of room with all our preferences and late checkout 13.00. # Mr. Devi the manager on duty for the fast response solved AC room problems. # last but not least Chef Walijan for Provide our good breakfast even its serve to the room (no buffet during pandemic). Overall this hotel its good choice for escape from your daily routine. God bless and success for you Guy's.

Overall the hotel was great, nice buffet and clean hotel at best location. Only problem was the windows were too poorly built that the traffic noice from the road had disturbed us all the night. If the windows could be repaired or replaced with sound proof quality, it would be perfect. Anyhow, we moved to other room with no noise but a poor view and small size room for the other 2 nights.

One of the best 5 stars hotel in Bandung city centre. The place is just walking distance to Paskal 23 mall. We booked 3 rooms: Deluxe Queen (no Bathtub), Queen Family and King Family. All family rooms are with bathtub. The size of the room are generous even for the deluxe queen size. Like the double queen bed arrangement which can accommodate family with 2 kids nicely. The family rooms have 2 sofas which very convenient for the family to enjoy. All the room was arranged perfectly and at the same floor by the reservation team. The view is gorgeous especially the one facing to poll and mountains. The view of King family was not so good as it facing the dirty river (river view supposed to be good in most of places, but unfortunately not in Bandung. Not the hotel's fault). Like the sustainability effort by providing water in the big 1L bottle. The pillow however a bit hard and too tall for me. We booked the tentcation which provides nice tent, toys and activities as advertised - Thanks to the recreation team. The hotel in general is very kids friendly, it also has separate kids club next to the pool. The hotel also provides kid amenities (natural botanical set from pigeon). The only feedback is the smoking area should not be next to swimming pool or kids club where there are many kids around. The gym is decent in size and have lot of tools to use. The equipments were cleaned regularly. The breakfasts are very generous, one of the most varieties of dishes, mainly on local foods. Pretty confused to start but thank to Ms. Rani who suggested some specialist to us as well as great hot beverages served by famous barista Mr. Amol. The food are great with several options of fresh juices which my daughter loves it so much. One improvement just on the egg Benedict that we ordered. The hotel provided WhatsApp channel which not only provide standard answer or chatbot, but they are very professional, fast and responsive to accommodate our stay, last minute changes/request, and any room information. Thanks to Ms. Rania and Mr. Faris for great help and prompt response. Overall great and worth stay. Thank you Hilton Bandung for excellent service and hospitality.

The location in Dago pakar it is little bit bussy in The weekend, reaching from Bandung area Will Be C hal enggang due to trafi. Jam. But for view looking down to Bandung is very nice especially firing night time. The brekafast food was excellent, there was variaty of food, and taste excellent. Although The price for one night is very high for my taste, looking for any promo code from trip.com in The future If I Will Coming back to stay again there.

It's actually not the first time for my family to stay here but this time we stayed for 2 nights to celebrated my mom's birthday and it was such an amazing experiences. The room, the service, the food, the staff are all wonderful. The check-in process was fast and got great explanation about the hotel's current policies and facilities. The room was great as always. For the breakfast they have lots of type of delicious food. The food in the club lounge were also fantastic (Tahu Walik, bakso, the small cheesecake pie, all the cake and pastries are a well-prepared delectable food with great presentation). Special shout out for the team in the club lounge! The crew in the club lounge are all awesome and really attentive. Got a surprise for my mom from the team and it made her day. Thank you to all of you guys (I didn't catch all their names but mas acep and friends) for creating another memorable experience. We'll be back here again on the next trip to bandung.

It was satisfying staycation for my family. Room was big enough. Decent spread during evening cocktail and breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff at tower lounge. Kudos to them and keep up the good work guys👍
