Overall it's okay but the water in the shower is a bit floating then the air conditioner is full and the bedside lamp is broken. Yesterday I asked for a good view, instead I was given a roof view. It's the same as the shower room, it's better to have an ad door. Same with ceramic grout, the finishing of the building is neater, right? Or you have to clean the crust often. Thanks. But will come back again for strategic location. People for valet service are really helpful.

Hotel was cosy and clean. Minor wear and tears in the bathroom as it's an old hotel. It has a mini zoo for kids. Swimming pool is rather small, can get quite packed over the weekends. Service was good, iron and hair dryer are avIlable upon request. Breakfast buffet consisted of mainly traditional Indonesian food. Good spread of choices.

we would like to extends our thanks to # Mr. Hadi the Front office manager for his hospitality, provide us great view of room with all our preferences and late checkout 13.00. # Mr. Devi the manager on duty for the fast response solved AC room problems. # last but not least Chef Walijan for Provide our good breakfast even its serve to the room (no buffet during pandemic). Overall the hotel was great, nice buffet and clean hotel at best location. Only problem was the windows were too poorly built that the traffic noice from the road had disturbed us all the night. If the windows could be repaired or replaced with sound proof quality, it would be perfect. Anyhow, we moved to other room with no noise but a poor view and small size room for the other 2 nights.

Right above a mall so you can get everything by walking down. Overall good and the only thing is a bit of a hassle is the parking is sharing with the mall so it is crowded.

The ”pisang goreng” (fried bananas) and ”tahu cabai” (fried chili tofu) are a must try for afternoon coffee or after swim snack in this hotel. Family room with 2 bathrooms, 2 twinbeds, and 1 single bed quite satisfying for the needs of my little family. Friendly staffs are very helpful, especially for our children at breakfast.

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

I would say that stayed at one of the oldest hotels in Bandung and Indonesia is a quite experience. The hotel located is perfect. It is near all of the attractions in Bandung. We haven't tried the breakfast menu, but we went to the sideresto and ordered fish and chips and tiramisu. The food is great and taste well. Overall, it is a recommended hotel to stay.

As a non smoker, I don't get why there's still a chain hotel who provide smoking floor to their guests. And the floor are full carpets, so it accentuated the smell even more. It was bad. I went with a friend, he's also a smoker but he can't stand the room's smell. He asked to move and got a non-smoking room. But, the receptionist told me that they were running out, they offered to ozone the room, which unfortunately didn't help. Fortunately it was only one night, I won't be back for sure. Fortunately, the breakfast buffet was pretty good, shower experience was also good.
