The hotel is nice but quite old. The staff are very helpful & warm. However the cleanliness is very questionable. The room is ok but bathroom was not properly clean. There are stains in the tub & some of the equipment is not upgraded. But what I like most is the buffet. Indonesian authentic food which I love so much. The lobby also prepare welcome drinks & tit bits. I love it. Don’t worry I will come back to this hotel & hopefully the management took special attention to the things I mentioned..

Due to the system error the queueing takes about 1 hour. The room cleanliness shall be improved more. The food really complete and taste good. Mini zoo was good but need improvement especially for fish pond, need more hungry koi; more rabbit etc. Overall, we could enjoy the experience there

we would like to extends our thanks to # Mr. Hadi the Front office manager for his hospitality, provide us great view of room with all our preferences and late checkout 13.00. # Mr. Devi the manager on duty for the fast response solved AC room problems. # last but not least Chef Walijan for Provide our good breakfast even its serve to the room (no buffet during pandemic). Overall the hotel service and facilities was excellent, but whirlpool is not that warm enough and also the Location of the hotel is very good, near exit tol pasteur but you need to consider that area is very busy and always have a traffic jam at certain times

Room was clean and comfortable. It was very good for me to use fitness center. I highly recommend to person who need workout.

The ”pisang goreng” (fried bananas) and ”tahu cabai” (fried chili tofu) are a must try for afternoon coffee or after swim snack in this hotel. Family room with 2 bathrooms, 2 twinbeds, and 1 single bed quite satisfying for the needs of my little family. Friendly staffs are very helpful, especially for our children at breakfast.

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

Dear Top Management Savoy Hofman Hotel, This is my first time trying your hotel, you claim as 4 star hotel but feels like staying at a Melati Hotel or guesthouse (non star hotel), why? 1. @front desk/ receptionist 2.00pm I came but they only check my booking but the room was not ready and I was asked to wait without a clear estimate of how long and they would call me back or not, then 30 minutes later many guests arrived and they were able to make a transaction and get a room, I who had arrived first, took the initiative to ask again and finally I was able to check in (imagine if I just waited/passive mode) 2. @Room (deluxe twin) room without a view from the window, cheap price for 29-31 Dec 2023, only for Rp 3 Million, but the room was not clean and the extra bed had not been prepared even though the front officer said it had been prepared, but they apologized there was an error in their internal coordination, no problem. However, the furniture table looks slanted and will fall off! this could be dangerous for my 3 year old child, I reported it and it was finally fixed even though I had to wait until 4 pm. Is there any procedure for check the room first before given to the customer? Are there no safety procedures from the hotel, because it could be dangerous especially for kids. I’m glad only stay for 2night in here and continue our vacation in Masion Pine Hotel “Real” 5 star hotel which i have visited 2 times this year & never disappoints. For Management Savoy Hotel, If you claim as a 4star hotel so there alot work to do to be improve immediately! -A-

We booked 2 rooms for our family staycation in Bandung. The room is quite small, but the view is amazing. You may have 2 option of the view which is braga street view and asia afrika street view. Anyway, if you plan to add 1 more extra bed is still possible considering with the room size.

What a lovely hotel, from the moment I arrived I was greeted warmly by Pak Stefan and his team. The room was nice, modern, with great views of the nearby mountains and with a massive bed and spacious bathroom. The location of the hotel was well placed on Jl. Juanda not far from a number of restaurants and the Bandung Indah Plaza. All staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and they recommended good places to visit and how to organise my trips on my first visit to Bandung in a number of years. The best part of my stay was breakfast where Pak Mulus and Pak Adhi the chefs ensured that I was a happy man by asking if I had any special requests on top of the buffet which was available. They made a number of custom local dishes for me to try including Jengkol and Salted Squid. These were made perfectly and to go on top of the selection included in the buffet set me up well for my day ahead. The gym thankfully was open 24 hours a day which helped after trying all the delicious Sundanese food. I will definitely return and stay here when I return to Bandung in the future as I felt valued and had a great experience.
