This hotel has the youngsters vibe, modern and industrial interior. Breakfast spread was excellent, love the nasi goreng bali. Location is ideal, near malls and not too busy street. Only issue was there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet pipes in the room. Perhaps the hotel can put in more air fresheners to musk the smell. Overall a good stay.

When I arrived earlier, I got early check in. I choose junior suite room and its big, clean, and excellent design. Then also all staff excellent perform and helpful. Every time I travel, I always use a bobobox to rest But honestly, this is the worst bobobox, especially in terms of cleanliness Even though I stayed here a year ago and it was really clean, that's why I stayed here again this year The sheets had a lot of stains on them and this is what really made me feel like the blanket had lipstick stains on it :). But then I didn't have time to ask for a change of pods because it was already late at night and I was really tired. The bathroom is muddy, the toilet spray is leaking. There's no hand soap. The bathroom floor and walls were really dirty. There were lots of stains on the toilet door, like smeared lip cream But the receptionist was friendly, the security guard was also friendly and wanted to take you to the motorbike parking lot

Room really nice with mountains view, the room ambiance was really clean and bright. The room was perfect! The garden not really big, but good enough for strolling around in the afternoon time. We also got mini bar (snacks and drinks) for free with unlimited mineral water by request. We enjoy our lunch at semeja restaurant (indonesian or asian food), enjoy our afternoon cake in their coffee shop and also tried dinner at monomono restaurant (Japanese food). Evertyhing was good. The breakfast have a lot of choices, but it really crowded, even they already separated in 4 sessions. Really recommend this hotel for family or couple getaway.

We choose this hotel while we are in a short trip to bdo. Location is good, centre of the city. They have a unique landscape coz they don't have an open lobby like usual hotel. You need to go to parking area at the basement and use lift to reach lobby and rooms. For those who need an extra privacy, this could be your option. Coz after check in, you just can use your key and directly go to your room from car park. I choose triple room deluxe type with 3 beds inside. Room was comfy, but not spacious enough for family. Unfortunately they using a solid wood for the bed frame. Too bad, it didn't safety for children and also for adults, coz my baby and I are bumped many times. Bed mattress is not comfortable, too hard. But the pillow quality was comfortable enough for sleep. Toilet is not to clean, coz I found mold in the wall and floor. You need to asked your housekeeping to clean the room more details. One of most important things everytime I stay at hotel are the refrigerator. Very disappointing, it doesn't cool at all. Coz I have a baby, so usually I kept breast milk to refri. You may consider to stay at The 101 Dago for a short stay for business. But not recommend for family or leisure.

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

The hotel very in good conditions in the middle on pandemic. Great social distancing. We've got surprise fr the hotel becouse we are in the honeymoon occasion. Our room fill with decor and we've got doll bear and slice cake. Very surprisingly. Thanks GH Universal Hotel

It was a pleasure to stay here! The hotel is really located in the Bandung city centre. We got a room with a very good view of the city, we can see Gazibu and Gedung Sate from our room. Excellent services! Staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The staff will ask if you need the additional amenities, appreciate it!  The bed was ,,queen-size'' but very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly, I can even work comfortably from the hotel with a good view of the city. The hotel has a mini playground for kid also!  I would recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure trips.👍 Thank you for the complimentary chocolate cake!
