The day I arrived nobody was at the hostel check-in thru WhatsApp. And the password for the door receptionist provided me was not working, she didn't explain well, she was telling all travelers she has to manage four hostels it's really hard for her to manage.
But what is the mistake of the traveler in the entire scenario.
During my visit one Chinese lady came when she was 64 and she didn't have WhatsApp, I contacted the receptionist, and I told the receptionist that she doesn't have WhatsApp and she replied"Oh my gosh and showing anger,
The hostel was ok cleaning could be a bit better.
The toilet shower wasn't okay and the water was really slow and asked reception if the water pressure was like this ?
She rudely replied " Why? Yea yea water like this.
All the time she was on video call talking to her family on the WhatsApp or Facebook messenger.
Management was really poor.
I asked receptionist anything related to brunei she will tell she doesn't know she wasn't helpful at all.
