Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. We had an issue with a very loud heating/cooling fan and were promptly moved to another room. Unfortunately, the battery at the door died so we couldn't open the door with the key cards the following morning. We were leaving so no big deal. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious and they have 24 hours coffee which my husband loved.

Completely enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. Bed was pretty firm and a little uncomfortable but not enough to make us miserable. Would absolutely return

My stay was comfortable and safe. Staff was friendly and hospitable. I wish your breakfast had been more desirable. There was no breakfast meat, fruit and the mild coffee left me no choice but to walk to Wawa. Other than this the stay was pleasant.

I was there for 4 days and no one ever came to clean the room. Each day I had to go to the front desk to get a new set of towels while the old ones just piled up on the bathroom floor. I understand rooms are not serviced daily but this was a bit much.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. The area is not the greatest but I loved that it was next to a Wawa. Overall a good stay for a night.

Love this hotel. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I asked a room accommodate for wheelchair. The room and bathroom is very roomy for wheelchair. Thanks again.

From the moment I walked in it smelled sooo good & when I went to the room everything was perfect I will be coming back and the pool open from 9am til 10pm

Amazing hotel, with the staff creating one of the most welcoming atmospheres I’ve EVER experienced!! Especially crazy about Gloria in the breakfast room…she treats you like your family!!! The hearty breakfast makes the stay special and Gloria really knows how to do the bacon extra crispy! What a treat! We stay here anytime we’re in Baltimore just because of the staff!! Keep up your amazing work!!
