The Wolas Villas

The staff are super nice. Facilities are good but some maintenance may be required at the room. Location is perfect for us. It is quite but very easy to go to the city. The bar opposite to the hotel is perfect as well

Real life is better than photos which is unexpected for the price. Service is superb however there’s room for improvement for the hotel food. Nearby there’s a corner mart which is walkable distance from the hotel. There’s floating breakfast provided but comes with extra charges. Good hotel and service will come back again !

Floor of the outdoor living was cracked in various points. One of the 2 fans was stuck. Rest was perfect, amazing villa

We stayed for ten days in November and had a great time. It was a fantastic place to stay. The whole complex is clean, tidy and very well kept. The staff were all brilliant, always smiling, professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our villa was very clean, tidy and provided plenty of room to relax either inside or out. The outside sitting area and kitchen was a great space to use. It had all the facilities as home and allowed us to bring in food if we wished. The pool area was kept clean and tidy during our stay. The food was great and served quickly. The Spa was also very good. We will be back.

Such a gorgeous place to stay! We loved staying here. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to assist you and create a lovely stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to stay in the area!

Excellent villa! The location is perfect and away from all the noise. Everybody working there were always happy and had a positive attitude. We had a 11pm flight out of bali so the hotel held our bags for the day. When we finished for the day they let us to use their showers to freshen up before the flight. Absolutely amazing! Would stay here again

The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever seen.The staff was very friendly and cooperative.The food quality and quantity was very good. The location of the wolas villas is very good. Proximity to every essential needs and main tourist places are nearby.

It was my first trip to Bali and we stayed for 6 days at the Wolas. I instantly loved the villa when I saw the photos of it online and it was nothing different from the photos. It was originally offered a king sized bed in price but an extra single bed was added for free of charge despite not being requested by us(3 persons stayed). I was very satisfied with villas conditions how neat, clean and comfortable during our stay. The staff were absolutely friendly and attentive to our needs. We were literally treated like a king by them. They were very prompt to our requests at all times during our stay. Thanks to all staff whom made our stay memorable! I want to say a big thank to Anom who served us and followed upon my request with sincerity. He has done beyond and above from what I expected. What happened was that I accidentally left my purse at the villa as I rushed to checking out early morning for departure. I panicked when I knew my purse had been left in the villa so I rang them when I arrived back home. It was a huge relive to hear that the purse was kept safe. I requested to have it shipped to my country and Anom was only happy to send it to me. We exchanged many messages regarding the shipping of my purse via what's app. He responded to my message promptly. Thankfully it was arrived safely back in my hands 2 weeks later! I couldn't be happier what they have done for me and my family welcoming us from day 1 and also follow-up service after leaving the villa. Oh they even packed breakfast for us to take it to the airport ! Very impressed ! I have already recommended this 'The Wolas villa and spa" and their amazing teams to my friends. I highly recommend this place which will leave no regret for anyone!. If i visit Bali again in future, I will definitely stay there again! Or go there to say thank Anom and the staff.
