The hotel is very big, I was told they have nearly 500 rooms. It is nicely located in the beachfront. They have 2 swimming pools, one for kids, one for adults. It's rather noisy nearby the kids' pool, as there were many families with children.
Breakfast was a buffet style, good variety of foods, coffee was very delicious, as well as the food in the buffet too. They also have an egg station. I ordered an omelette with cheese and it was the best omelette I've ever had.
If you like big hotels, this is a good option, but if you prefer small hotels, then you might want to stay somewhere else.
I had a standard room with a balcony on the 2nd floor, but hardly no view. Room was OK, bedding was clean and comfortable.

Overall NOT a 5 star resort at all. I have sent an extensive report to the resort twice with no response. Very disappointing to say the least. From staying at The Trans in Seminyak for 7 days prior to staying at Prama in Sanur, it was no comparison. What a disappointing stay & clearly not a 5 star resort.

We stayed for 3 nights in the middle of April 2023. Our daughter is 3 years old. All of us feel refreshed staying here. Great pool. Next to the beach. Great breakfast. Clean room. Room service comes daily. Recommended. And we will come again.

Great hotel , friendly and helpful staff , some of hotel facilities such as slides for kids currently under construction , big problem was strong dirty smell in the toilet , and it’s can’t disappear.

The hotel is the cheapest 5-star resort you will be able to find in Sanur. The facilities are very good in general but a bit old and some maintenance and renovation works are in progress right now, as the kids pool for example.
It is not a luxurious resort but very convenient for family vacation.

Just visiting from Canggu to escape the crowds for a short vacation. Always a favorite due to the location and access to the beach and surrounding warungs. Great staff down at the Bamboo Beach Bar for happy hour and sunset drinks. I would definitely recommend this resort which is priced fairly given the location and service.

The first room smelted damp and had no view, however we got room changed and it was good.
The pool is big and not too crowded.
I wished they announced more of activities such as morning yoga classes.
Overall it was a great stay. I will come back when I find the attractive rate again.
