The staff were amazing! Upon checking in, Nono was very fast & diligent in the check in process. The housekeeping staff were superb, they were very efficient & observant. Agus always left me extra water. The bed was very comfortable & the crib for my baby was very handy. All the staff were so friendly and playful with my baby, particularly Vina, thank you Vina for caring about my baby during our stay. I’d definitely come back! Best value for the price 😊

Great location just next to Beachwalk shopping mall, friendly staffs welcomed us with ice cream, fast check in and check out process. Breakfast is good and menu changes everyday. Room is spacious, modern and clean. Aircon is cold enough too. The only drawback during our stay is that the mall will not allow hotel guests to walk through before and after their operation hour. There was one night we walk back to hotel after mall closure, guard asked us to walk outside road even we are hotel guests, which the journey is much far away than walking through the mall.
Extra note: There is a grocery shopping at basement level of the mall, which you can get many snacks and Bali souvenir at reasonable price. It is better than prices in Ubud market and no need to bargain.

This is an amazing place to stay in Bali; the room is bright, clean, and their bed, wow! Service were awesome, check in staff, housekeeping, restaurant, all great! Overall, this is a very good place to stay if you are in Kuta area - side note: big traffic jam in the afternoon, so be aware.

Aloft was a great hotel. Very clean. Breakfast also good. Staff very nice. Near to the mall and also neighbourhood with yellow Kuta hotel.

It’s located just above Beachwalk Mega New shopping mall & just opposite Kuta Beach.
Everything is fine, just the jam in beach area took us to reach the hotel 30 to 40 minutes late always.
Although the room was small but okay and the bathroom is in open concept, can see through who is inside and the toilet sound can’t make other person to sleep.
Breakfast buffet menu was huge.. satisfied.
Coffe is served with smile. Liked the cappuccino a lot.
All well known branded shops are in the adjacent shopping mall. Enjoyed the stay.
