The villa is as shown in the picture. The staff are very nice and helpful. We stayed in a villa no.9 which is quite far from the jungle club so we aren't getting disturbed by the party that was held every weekend. There is shuttle service from the hotel to the Ubud downtown around 5-6 times per day. They have 1 restaurant and 1 club. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. The club is open for lunch, dinner and night party. But the club only has the starter and side dish menu, no main course. But you can order in-room dining to your villa. The spa and yoga class is very good also. Yoga class is free at 7 am. In summary this place is wonderful with an acceptable price.

非常棒的酒店，最最令人驚喜的是spa，玫瑰浴+雙人精油按摩簡直太享受了，房間的客廳非常大可以看到稻田景色，我們趕不及吃早餐酒店還給了breakfast box帶在路上吃早餐，晚餐也非常好吃。

認真點評一下：酒店本身不錯，很完美拍照也很出片，所有員工業明顯經過培訓過，見面都會主動跟你打招呼，問你一些客套話，尤其的市中心接送服務，固定時間是下午11點和15點，我們一行帶着小孩子拖拖拉拉錯過時間了，酒店還是靈活機動幫我們安排了，這點在峇里島這樣的地方已經很不容易了，如果硬要挑點毛病的話，以下幾點可能還有提升空間：1房間備品，尤其是毛巾，可以換一下外包洗滌公司，看上去不大乾淨，至少跟酒店定位不符。2spa，那一浴缸玫瑰花瓣浴確實驚艷，點心飲料也不錯，但其他方面比如手法還得提升一下，可能溝通還有點問題，3早餐，點餐式出品是不錯，但菜單偏西式，本地特色也不明顯，晚餐除了牛排也沒啥可點，吃了兩天就有點吃膩了，當然，瑕不掩瑜，這些缺點對於整體酒店的表現，還是可以接受的，最後提一點建議，既然是目標瞄準家庭度假的別墅酒店，建議villa裏冰箱的迷你吧飲料首輪免費或者價格算在房價裏，一進去天熱喝了2瓶氣泡水第二天賬單13萬印尼盾，讓客人感覺到性價比似乎有點低，當然，這可能是酒店的策略，畢竟目前的房價還是有競爭性的，可能就是低房價攬客的策略，然後店內消費比較高吧，最後建議夥伴們週末去住，酒店泳池搞活動變成了pub，DJ還是很帶感覺的哦，住店客人免30萬盾的入場費～

帶着孩子連住了四天，很寧靜、温馨，適合全家人出行。比這次在海邊住的五星級品牌酒店要更好！
白天在自家泳池遊游泳，午餐晚餐其實Room Service就可以搞定。有廚房、微波爐、餐具也很全，可以買東西自己做。房間有不同類型，味道香香的，都很舒服。
夜晚的驅蚊做得很好，一家人在室外聊聊天，空氣是香的，氣温很適度，很難得的家庭時光。小朋友基本就泡在泳池了，遊一會兒泳，上來沖一下，簡單擦乾就可以看書、吃東西、寫作業了。呆一會兒又可以走下泳池去撲騰一陣子，脱光了遊都是可以的。
早餐是點餐式的，可以隨意點，吃幾分都可以。味道也OK。
整個Resort價格很良心，可以享受免費的按摩。我們連住4晚，4個人，每天在房間吃不錯的午餐和晚餐，在AKA預訂了一次正式的Dinner，冰箱裏的飲料也喝了不少，還預訂了結束時送行的汽車，Check Out時，4天下來的所有花費衹有2000多。
中國遊客要注意的一點是酒店沒有有線電話，在房間和酒店聯繫都是用Whatsapp。如果自己沒Whatsapp的話，可以在入住的時候告訴前台，他們會準備一個三星平板借給你用。

環境優美，服務員彬彬有禮，且熱情開朗，讓入住的我們感到很温暖，可愛的服務生會耐心的和孩子溝通聊天，得知孩子水土不服之後，會每天詢問身體狀況，非常貼心，下次去峇里島一定會再次入住，謝謝款待！

Personal muy amable, atento y servicial.las cenas en el restaurante una delicia. Mis hijas disfrutaron de los espectáculos nocturnos e incluso un mago se acercó a nuestra mesa para hacerles algunos trucos de magia lo cual las hizo disfrutar más si cabe. Las villas son preciosas y espaciosas y super limpias. Volvería sin duda!

在烏布北邊的山區裏，有種世外桃源的感覺。工作人員很友善，食物質量不錯，WhatsApp上面迴應迅速。唯一不好的，就是從酒店出去，衹能用當地村民的車，Gojek之類的打車軟件不能接客人出來。這是當地山頭的自我保護。而且當地村民的車價格比打車軟件要貴一些。
當然，從外面進酒店是可以用打車軟件的
