Stayed 3 nights in family suite! Fantastic place with great ambience! All the Staff's customer service skills were exceptional! Breakfast was beyond 5 star! Love Morning Glory set!! Major Love for bedtime stories given every evening. Such personal touch. Awesome spa treatment! However, quite a walk to ubud centre, about 20 mins with young kids. Kindly take grab or gojek to town, too much traffic to walk with kids.

방이 청결하지 않아서 중간에 다른 방으로 급히 옮겨야 했어요. 가격 대비 전반적인 시설은 나쁘지 않아요. 그치만 우붓 중심가와는 꽤 떨어져 있어서 이동하기 편하진 않아요.

Muito central (15 minutos) e apesar disso tranquilo. Muito boa relacao preço qualidade. O SPA é excecional e funciona até às 21h! Provavelmente a melhor massagem que ja usufrui! Gastronomia muito bem confecionada no restaurante do pp hotel. Apesar de classificado com 3 estrelas, qualidade e servico de 5 estrelas.

O hotel está visivelmente em categoria muito acima da média para a região. Instalações lindíssimas, paisagismo impecável, atendimento do staff extremamente profissional e cordial, com inglês exemplar... O quarto parecia um sonho: enorme, confortável, com decoração de elevado bom gosto e bem climatizado. Café da manhã era à la carte, e portanto acho que perde um pouco, mas mesmo assim era muito gostoso. À propósito, o restaurante e todos os funcionários ali, bem como o ambiente, eram espetaculares. Único ponto que me impede de definir a estadia como perfeita foi a qualidade do sinal de wifi. Funcionava bem em pouquíssimos lugares, e em alguns locais era inexistente.

The hotel looked good… lush green inside. We were a family with 2 young kids. The location of the hotel is not great for families with kids. It’s on a hill and it’s really difficult to get out and walk to the centre. You definitely need a car. If you would like to stay within walkable distance to ubud centre… don’t choose this. Also the hotel has minor service issues.. they gave one bottle of water per day for a family of 4… bathroom lock wasn’t working.. AC wasn’t good. Very weird but irritating issues for what it cost us per night.

Ok stay, not great value. Breakfast was ok, pool was a nice size but a bit murky. The bathroom was slippy and there was damage to the wall so felt like you might be seen. Location was good for alchemy yoga and the Lair bar, but it was about 20/30 min walk to the centre. We actually stayed an extra night in central Ubud somewhere else for half the price and much preferred it.

We had a fantastic stay here for 4 nights, we had booked a family suite which was unavailable upon arrival, so we were put up in a duplux room for the first night, which was still beautiful but a a little inconvenient. The staff were incredibly attentive and were so thoughtful to decorate the family suite with balloons and such for my husband’s birthday, even singing to him with a birthday pancake in the morning! We loved the pool area and my 3 year old loved the shallow kids pool!!! It always had a peaceful vibe and the foliage was stunning, it felt like a tropical oasis! The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities were great!!! We used a hotel transfer and I Made was more than helpful, chatting away to our intrigued 8 year old. I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat! The spa was also beautiful, I received a complimentary massage and booked in for a longer massage at the end of our stay! Breakfast was good enough and a fab little coffee shop next door was ideal!

A very tropical hotel set slightly off the main hustle and bustle of ubud. For safety due to the steep hill to the hotel we hired taxis as the traffic is very busy. Within the hotel, the rooms are well serviced and clean. Our bathroom was external but private, took a but of adjusting to. Couldve done with some Wardrobes in the room to hang clothes rather than wardrobes in the bathroom outside. I kept my clothes in the case inside as was worried about insects etc if hung outside. The pool was very nice and cooling against heat and humidity. Daily breakfasts, very pleasant, although staff could not follow english very well and we didnt quite get what we ordered! in all a very decent hotel, would probably stay again.

I loved this place! Not right in the main hustle of Ubud but about a 5-10 min walk. Quiet, beautiful rooms and a lovely pool. Did a cooking class right at the hotel, which was amazing. I loved the nightly 'bedtime' story that was put on the pillow with turndown serivce. Unbeatable staff- everyone was incredibly helpful and nice. Went on my first scooter ride with Iyu, who also gave a fantastic massage. I will definitely stay here again!
