走進旅館的一刻第一印象很好，接着各種問題就開始了。
一開始給的房間床單潮的，床墊塌的。
換房間後，新房間裏洗臉盤堵塞無法排水，但最大的問題是床品不舒服，提供的被子是那種毛茸茸的，接觸在皮膚上不舒適。
加上早上6點就各種鳥叫+機車聲，休息的並沒有很好。
值得表揚的是，泳池和公共區域的環境很舒適。

This is the most authentic and beautiful place we stayed in Bali. It was a pleasure to meet Ketut (the owner) and his crew, they were so nice and welcoming, we will definitely come again when we are visiting Bali next time. A hidden gem in the streets of Ubud.🌟 Ubud centrum is in walking distance from Ketut’s bed and breakfast. If I could give more than 5 stars I would have done that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is real gem and comes at a very decent price. It has a cozy ambience, a homely feel and has quiet surroundings even though it is still walking distance to Ubud centre. The staff is lovely and helpful. We’re very pleased and will definitely come back :-)

Ketut's place was an amazing way to enjoy Bali and true Balinese culture. We felt so welcomed from the first moments. Our room exceeded any expectations we had and we truly enjoyed during our stay.
Everything went smoothly from the hotel organising our pick-up from the airport to the drop off back. We were able to choose our breakfast daily and they even organised massages for us in the property with a reasonable price.
Ketut's restaurant was also a nice way to have lunch or dinner if we were tired. The hotel is also in a walking distance from the heart of Ubud but still the atmosphere remains calm and very close to nature. Everything was clean, the foods were super and the staff ever so helpful.
We cannot express our enjoyment more. We recommend Ketut's place for anyone from solo travellers, couples to families.

We loved our stay at Ketut’s Place. All the staff is very thoughtful and kind which gives the place a sense of home. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family!

10/10 for me. So relaxing and you feel part of Ketuts family . Such a great location easy to walk to Main Street beautiful pool and the breakfast is nice. Not sure why you’d spend $1000s on those big resorts with you can have something like this. We had room 13 great size down stairs with privacy. I miss it already.

Not as advertised. The deluxe rooms were very overpriced. This is really more like a hostel and the “deluxe” rooms were down a very steep and wet set of stairs covered in moss. This is not appropriate for anyone with the slightest mobility issue.
The air conditioning did not work. The deluxe rooms were very musty due to the location being at the bottom of a ravine and the a/c not working. The rooms were very old.

beautiful traditional environment and rooms, great price and the food delicious and inexpensive. Friendly staff, can organise everything you need. Easy walk to main road and palace and market and rice terrace walk. Loads of eateries and facilities close buy. When you are at the pool and in the gardens you wouldn't know the hustle and bustle of ubud was only minutes away. Comfy beds and reasonable aircon to ensure you have a good nights sleep. Will come again for sure. Deluxe room no.13 had a fridge and huge balcony overlooking the river and ravine. You need to be able to walk steps if you have this room, but many standard rooms closer to reception have not many steps
