Good environment and good house service, but the toilet looks very dirty with a lot smell. And at breakfast, the waiter provides me the tea after 30 minutes since ordering. Much worse the cup is not washed totally. Unbelievably . Also the traffic in this area is very bad

Beautiful grounds and the staff were accommodating with our every request. We enjoyed multiple complementary guest experiences that were all perfectly executed. The villa and private pool were well kept relaxing.

Best services from the crew! A lot of compliment that we had from the hotel, can’t wait to comeback. The food, the ambience, the facilities is all good, my favorite is how they treat us, really humble and nice. Something that very unique is they had a chicken that i never see before haha

I stayed at this resort for 5 nights and had a truly magical experience. It is set in lush, tranquil grounds and is so relaxing and rejuvenating. I had spa treatments which included massages and body scrub-absolutely heavenly. The food was delicious, cocktail/drinks so yummy. All the staff from reception, restaurant , spa, villa and groundsmen could not do enough . If you go to Bali then this resort is a must stay. You will not be disappointed. I was so sad to leave. Thank you Tulus,Cindy, Teddy and each and everyone of you for making my stay so special and memorable. Blessings to all of you. Kind regards From JoAnn ( Melbourne,Australia)
