Amazin breakfast really good place to stay close by everything.one minus old tv in rooms

The hotel is recommendable! Good location, close to the beach and various shopping facilities and the airport is also not far away. The room and bathroom were nice and the pool is also great. We were very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast! There was a large buffet that changed every day. The service was also excellent. We had problems with our room door and it was fixed quickly every time. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Reception are really friendly, the hotel is at amazing location and clean good service provided what I hate about it was the morning I can hear the dragging noise above me at 7am onwards

My second time staying here . Pleasant stay just the tv channels are not so clear and intermittent wifi this trip . My room was hot but luckily the staff manged to fix the A/C.

Stayed 6 nights in the hotel. Overall was a nice stay. Convenient location, on the main road, not far from the airport, walking distance to Kuta beach, although we don't like the beach and the sea in Kuta. 2 nice swimming pools, very clean, towels given, parasols, some extra chairs would make it perfect. Pool bar, restaurant, room service, café. All that very good, we liked the breakfast, lots of choices, the staff works very hard and very helpful, thank you.we are not fussy eaters.Public areas clean. The only issue was our room, we stayed in 2361, 3rd floor facing the pool, sometimes get noisy, but the pool bar closed at 6, so not bad. The air con didn't cool the room, twice they came to "fix" it , actually not fix but feel it with gas, which is not very safe and ecological, but it still worked more like a fan, than like air conditioning. The housekeeping was the worst part of our stay, for the 6 nights they never changed our bed linen, even I asked the receptionist twice, every day there was something missing in the room, toilet paper, towels, drinking water, coffee or creamer and I had to call a few times the receptionist to ask to get them. I suppose the " cleaning" of the room took them 2 min, just to straighten the bed and mop the floor. No soap bar, just one soap dispenser in the shower to use for hand soap, for shower gel, and for shampoo. No face towels. If you ignore all that, you could have a nice stay. I would appreciate a Manager's response, thanks

I loved it. Spacious rooms, 2 pools, big balcony, comfy bed and kind and friendly staff.

Had a great experience staying here for one night. Didn't take the breakfast provided by the hotel as the hotel is excellently located, with a number of interesting eateries nearby. The bed was especially comfortable. The firmness of the mattress was just right and the pillows were great. It's hard to get a good night's rest when traveling, but I got that here at Eden Hotel Kuta Bali.

The room was quite spacious, bed, pillows and linen are very good, we are located in front of the pool on the ground floor, the buffet breakfast was nice tastes good. The problem was the toilet a bit dirty, aircondition was not very cold and the socket for phone charging was not working. But a good and safe place to stay on transit flight.

Good location in Kuta, so convenient to go any places surrounding. The room is good, the swimming is also good.
