Stayed 6 nights in the hotel. Overall was a nice stay. Convenient location, on the main road, not far from the airport, walking distance to Kuta beach, although we don't like the beach and the sea in Kuta. 2 nice swimming pools, very clean, towels given, parasols, some extra chairs would make it perfect. Pool bar, restaurant, room service, café. All that very good, we liked the breakfast, lots of choices, the staff works very hard and very helpful, thank you.we are not fussy eaters.Public areas clean. The only issue was our room, we stayed in 2361, 3rd floor facing the pool, sometimes get noisy, but the pool bar closed at 6, so not bad. The air con didn't cool the room, twice they came to "fix" it , actually not fix but feel it with gas, which is not very safe and ecological, but it still worked more like a fan, than like air conditioning. The housekeeping was the worst part of our stay, for the 6 nights they never changed our bed linen, even I asked the receptionist twice, every day there was something missing in the room, toilet paper, towels, drinking water, coffee or creamer and I had to call a few times the receptionist to ask to get them. I suppose the
" cleaning" of the room took them 2 min, just to straighten the bed and mop the floor. No soap bar, just one soap dispenser in the shower to use for hand soap, for shower gel, and for shampoo. No face towels. If you ignore all that, you could have a nice stay.
