A great stay. Loved the service and place- really lovely hotel tucked in Kuta.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay at The Bene when visiting/travelling in Bali. ;)

I haven’t seen any hotel like this. There are no towels in the room, the sheets was very dirty and the most unbelievable, they forgot to make a bed for a guest. Basically, the room wasn’t ready to check in , they forgot to clean the room, and make a bed for a new guest. Horrible experience, especially when you have 6-7 hrs traveling from other islands and with the traffic in the city, I’m very tired and once I faced this experience, I have no words to say !

No coffee, No Tea, only 1 Juice, No vegetarian breakfast, if one fruit finished another comes after half an hour, No hot milk for d tea- coffee. Not enough milk on d table. No hot water in d bathroom for shower.Not enough staff. Extremely compromised n control for d expenses. But very good decor.we really wanted refund for d second day. But once we have paid cancellation is not free. Trip.com must check before giving hotel to the clients. Extremely disappointing. Tourist board should not allow also.
Very disappointed. Infact in this case trip.cim is liable.so they should refund our money. Clients are always helpless.
