Amazing boutique resort, with modern and traditional style accommodation overlooking the river. We had a villa overlooking the river. It was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Bucu is a walk up the drive to all you need in shops and eateries. The staff are lovely and the pool overlooking the river is perfect for relaxing in.

Such a shame this place’s view, design and luxury is lost on unclean rooms, sub par service and a lack of management and maintenance. I would: GIVE IT A GOOD CLEAN AND LAUNDER! Throw out the pillows and bedding, EXPAND THE MENU, update the furniture and TRAIN THE STAFF.

This was our 2nd location while visiting Bali and the room which was a forest view with infinity pool was fantastic. In the centre of Ubud but as it was at the end of a street very quiet. Again it satisfied our needs for privacy, and peace. For those who have given some negative reviews, remember the location it’s overlooking a rain forest. It should say it all. Saying that for the time of year and well known to rain in this season wasn’t bad at all. The only thing I would say not detrimental to the hotel but the traffic in general in Bali and Ubud. Very slow and at crawling speed. The bike’s definitely rule the roads here. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful to our special requests, I thank them for the extra effort they showed for our anniversary arrival.

So beautiful & private. Villa with private pool, the furthest one from the main hotel which was only 2 minutes walk to restaurant. Our room was huge & clean and pool was really private. Breakfast included. Stafc very friendly, caring & helpful and speaks grwat englush which is a bonus. Walking distance to town centre. Loads of spa & supermarket around, like 5 minutes walk

I did not know anything could be this beautiful 🤩 Ubud is an amazing spot, the variety of the lush green landscapes and this little hidden gem might offer the best view of this spectacular scene possible. The staff went out of their way to ensure the best experience, regardless of the request. Restaurant served fresh delicious honest food without all the fuss, basic and well prepared. Would highly recommend upgrading to the private pool Villa, trust me you will not regret this!!!!

We had a room on level 3. The room was spacious, clean, with a good sized balcony to look down onto the resort. The pools were lovely and staff offer drink & food service to the pool area. The infinity pool has great views across into the jungle & a river. The restaurant was adequate for our needs, with a small menu selection for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi / internet access could be a bit patchy at times, dropping in and out. If you struggle with stairs, this is not the place for you. There is no lift, and getting from level 3 to the pool & restaurant is a big effort if you are unfit or have issues with knees or legs. Also, the resort is down a very long lane which is of uneven surface and very steep in part. However, once you have walked down this lane to the street, there are a number of restaurants, convenience stores, spas and a money changer located within a very easy walk. Overall, a lovely resort, but not so good if you have mobility difficulties.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, everything was fantastic. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. It was about a 10 minute walk from the heart of Ubud. The infinity pool also had an incredible view. If we come back to Ubud, we'd definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with a lot of facilities and space. The most friendly staff always willing to help with anything. The pool was amazing with the swim up bar. Highly recommend. The food cooked was also great!
