DO NOT listen to these miserable people posting awful reviews about this place that are SO UNTRUE. This place is truly a hidden gem. The staff is incredibly helpful and so sweet, the rooms were so clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect temperature, the view was unreal and the breakfast was perfect. I am so sad to leave. One of my favorite beach hotels I have ever been to. Thank you so much! We will certainly be back!

On our 3rd trip to Bali thought we (2 couples) would go somewhere a little different, & according to the Web Site the Lilin looked great, and when we arrived we were so disappointed. Firstly the staff were very friendly & helpful, but that's about as good as it got. The rooms had nowhere to put our clothes for the 8 day stay, no safe, 1 bath towel & 1 pool towel. One of the rooms had no curtains & the door wouldn't lock, couple had to move to another room. The day spay was closed, the main pool empty, no restaurant (limited food if required), no bar, no atmosphere, no entertainment - unlike the web page photos. The place was run down & we couldn't wait to get out of there. Checked out the following morning!!

Excellent service. A big thanks to all the team and particularly to Ferry who drove us and organised our journey. Really congratulations for your professional and warm welcome. At Lilin, we really feel how nice balinese people are nice. The last but not the least the view and access to the beach are really appreciable.

Unfortunately the villas are very run down and clearly nothing has been maintained. I felt very sorry for the staff as we saw people getting upset at them because it does not look as it does online and the cleanliness was not good it is very over priced and we would not stay here again.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at Lilin Lovina. The overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired – I even encountered a rat in my room. The pool was also quite dirty, which further dampened my enjoyment. I hope the management takes steps to improve these aspects for future guests.

Desperately needs an upgrade. Does not look like the photos at all. Very disappointing. Better value for money at other hotels. This is not a resort it's more of a lodge. No hanging space for clothes. Curtains are see through, so you have to dress in bathroom. Only breakfast. Beach is black sand.

Unfortunately not what the pictures show. The staff ( Ferdi) are amazing and drove us to a local restaurant but the resort is very run down. Nothing like the images shown. View of the sea is stunning but furniture, rooms, garden could do with a serious upgrade. Not value for money.

Our stay at Lilin Lovina was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helped us see the Holy Hot Springs and Buddha Temple. They also helped us organise the Dolphin tour. The free shuttle bus into the centre was a great help in exploring Lovina and testing out the local bars and restaurants. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was great. The room itself was lovely and spacious with refillable drinking water and our own private pool. The dogs were also one of the highlights of our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lilin hotel. The staff was really nice and helped us with everything. There is a shuttle from and to the center of Lovina. We booked a snorkeling tour with the hotel. Evening was organized nicely. Also we had breakfast everyday at the beach. The room was clean. My friend and I would definitely recommend the Lilin hotel.
