You get a welcome drink on your arrival and then accompanied by the staff to some of the facilities and your room. Room is okay, food is good, and the view is amazing. If you came with a group you could borrow a grill at the restaurant. Staff is very nice and will help you

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas le détour... L'hôtel s'est trompé dans notre réservation, nous avons eu une chambre au lieu d'une suite à l'étage. L'accueil était particulier car nous nous sommes fait poursuivre à l'arrivée pour effectuer un paiement immédiat avant de pouvoir nous installer. La salle de bain était inutilisable car complètement vétuste et pas propre. La baignoire synthétique en triangle munie d'une douchette était tellement craquelée qu'on hésite à l'utiliser tellement on a peur qu'elle craque. Le petit-déjeuner, indonésien uniquement, était bon. La vue arrière sur les rizières est belle. La situation est loin du centre d'Ubud, un véhicule est donc nécessaire.
