"We had an excellent relaxing week's stay at the hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly. All email communications ahead of our stay were timely and informative. The location perfect in the centre of Bale, with a free car park opposite (in the hotel section). The atmosphere was relaxed, the rooms clean and the shower room great. Quiet location. Wonderful breakfast with a wide selection of different foods; cereals, yoghurt, fruit, cheese, cold meats, bread, toast, croissants, scrambled egg, sausage and mediterranean vegetables, The hotel would benefit from having a 2nd coffee machine."

"Nossa estadia no acampamento Home Mon Perin foi simplesmente fantástico! A instalação está sonhando bem diretamente na costa – água cristalina e muita natureza em torno. A seção da praia para entrar na água é relativamente pequena e pedra. Quando estivemos na pré-sétima, o mar estava muito frio para banhar. Temos um casa móvel moderno, super limpo, bem equipado e com uma bela terraço. Temos um jacuzzi com o nosso próprio, que muito recomendamos. Toda a instalação é muito mantida. Há muitas opções de lazer: de piscinas com arrasto sobre parques desportivos . A experiência de dino-park com banheiro de lazer também nos surpreendeu positivamente. Nós estivemos na pré-sétima e não podemos usar o banheiro de sala com crianças. Tudo a partir de 18 anos, o que é pena quando você está viajando com jovens. É assim no site. Os restaurantes locais oferecem uma boa seleção de alimentos, tanto com especialidades regionais como com pratos internacionais. O pessoal foi amigável, útil e bem organizado. Por favor, lembre-se que o local mais próximo está a 6 km, onde você pode encontrar restaurantes bonitos. Melhor com a bicicleta, (há um aluguer de bicicletas) explorar a área. Estamos de volta – Mon Perin é um verdadeiro discurso secreto na Istria! 😊"

"I had high expectations based on the hotel’s website, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. What is advertised on website and what you actually get on at the hotel are completely different. We clearly stated in our reservation that I am vegan and requested the multigrain bread. None of these dietary requirements were respected. Worse still, the seed bread served at breakfast was refused to us during lunch , only white bread was offered. The staff showed no flexibility or willingness to accommodate even the simplest requests. Given the price, we expected much more. We initially planned to return next month and were ready to make another booking upon arrival but after this experience, we completely changed our minds. The hotel website heavily promotes yoga classes, fresh juices, and healthy cuisine but none of this is actually provided. There are no yoga sessions available unless they manage to call an instructor from a nearby city, which would take several days to arrange. Freshly squeezed juices? Not available. Instead, they serve pre-made smoothies stored in jars prepared in advance, not fresh at all. Even the vanity set in the room was disappointing. A couple of cotton swabs and a single nail file were the only items provided and that is all. There were no basic hygiene products you’d expect from a hotel of this category. For a hotel that presents itself as high-end and wellness-oriented, this felt inappropriate and poorly thought out. We also booked spa treatments and massages, which, to be fair, were pleasant in terms of the therapists’ work. However, the ambient noise coming from outside the treatment rooms made it very hard to fully relax. The environment lacked the serenity and peace you’d expect from a wellness facility. Misleading advertising, unprofessional service, minimal healthy food options, and a lack of basic amenities make this stay far from worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wellness retreat or even a decent hospitality experience. To end our stay, we tried to book dinner at the hotel’s only restaurant, but were told it was fully booked. We had to go somewhere else and ended up at Lucky Restaurant nearby the food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommended! P.s.during the conversation with the manager, we were offered gifts that we strictly refused, after the final problem regarding the reservation where we were refused, as I have already stated. After all those problems, they gave us that one night in the standard room , btw, we had a standard room and a room of the highest category there."
