"本來衹預訂了一晚，覺得總體還不錯，所以又加訂了一晚，結果房間根本不清潔打掃，連基本的浴巾什麼的統統都沒有更新，我實在無法理解這樣的操作。看上去是個不錯的酒店，入住後才發現各種問題，衞生間味道很大，洗澡會有很多水濺的整個衞生間都是。但是早餐確實很值得表揚，非常好。酒店還有一家餐廳，連續幾年上了米其林推薦，2025年沒有上榜，2晚都是在這裏用餐的，我覺得為什麼沒有繼續上榜了。第一晚的食材都不錯，我們體驗很不錯，第二晚點了和前一天一樣的豬排，結果是有很不好的味道，應該是食材處理的不新鮮了，找服務生過來，結果衹是端走了，沒有任何錶示歉意，衹是拿菜單過來讓重新點餐，最後正常結賬，沒有任何人過來打一個招呼，彷彿沒有發生過什麼。所以那些滿牆的得獎證書，又説明瞭什麼。算了，還是不推薦這家了。"
