早餐還可以的。
服務也不錯，態度很好。
但是住的房間門有問題，不能完全關好。
而且隔音超級差，沒住過隔音這麼差的。
隔壁正常説話都能聽見。
隔壁沖馬桶，洗澡放水的聲音都可以聽到。
沒有空調，衹有暖氣。

O hotel não tinha nossa reserva registrada. Foi preciso intervenção do ********** para resolver. Resolvido isso, fomos informados que se pagássemos com cartão eles nos cobrariam de novo o imposto já incluso no custo da diária. O inglês foi complicado com eles, quase nenhum falava. Quanto ao quarto, o black-out da cortina era curto demais e não isolava do sol. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Ar condicionado velho, mas funcionava muito bem. Ducha do banheiro muito boa.

Family hotel close to Government House. This place is large rooms in the backyard of housing blocks. Staff is attentive snd helpful, there is a family a**osphere. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and super clean. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with warm and cold food, a bit of Mixture between Turkish and Russian breakfast.

I really liked the room, it was spacious and I liked the design. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from Port Baku shopping center. The prices are really affordable and the quality is excellent. Thank you

I really liked this hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is incredible. The service was excellent. Definitely would recommend it for this price. Especially for the location.

I really loved my experience at this place! First of all, the location is amazing, it is in the centre of the city. For this location, the prices are very low. It's close to the “Port Baku Mall” we walked there almost every day. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are tidy and organised. I really recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay at in Baku. I am definitely coming back in summer! Here only!

The hotel is nice. However, the staff looks like inexperienced in hospitality. I stayed 2 nights, doesn’t matter how many times I asked they didn’t give me the second key, and never changed towels for the second day. Even though I asked 2 times during a day. Location is really good, but staff member has audacity to treat you badly. I would find another hotel in the area.

Scariest and worst hotel experience ever! I was woken up at night by what sounded like someone jiggling my door handle trying to get in. Since my door was locked, I dismissed it as someone mistaking my room for theirs and went back to sleep. An hour later, I definitely heard the same noise again. This time I popped up out of bed and ran towards the door just in time to see it open and a man come into my room! As a solo female traveler, this is the worst thing that could happen! I yelled at the man louder than I have ever yelled before and he backed out and closed the door behind him. I sprinted to the door to lock it and threw my entire body weight against the door as I scanned for items to barricade the door with. I realized he had a key and probably worked for the hotel so I threw on some clothes quickly, grabbed just my passport and phone and ran down four flights of stairs, not sure if I should run out the lobby entrance or bother asking the hotel for help. The front desk clerk came out and I yelled to him that a man just came into my room. I was still trembling and obviously upset. He replied “oh yeah, that was housekeeping. It’s fine” as if that was supposed to be sufficient in making me feel better and safe. Not once did he apologize, ask if I was even ok or offer any further explanation. I said I didn’t feel safe and wanted to leave and he replied “it’s your choice” and walked away. I booked a new hotel right then and left! Do not stay here!!!!!

A heartfelt thank you to Aysal and Hassan, the wonderful receptionists at *****li Plaza Hotel. Their helpful attitude and excellent service, even late at night, made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend *****li Plaza Hotel for their exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Aysal and Hassan, for making our stay special. We had 10 rooms and had good fun.
