The person who greeted us to check in was very very kind and that gave me confidence, but we were worried after when we saw the parking lot all deteriorated and smell of ********* around the non smoking area. The room was so beautiful, but still under renovation without finishing, the floor dirty with some earwigs and the garbage bin with garbage. The beds looked good, clean and we didn't see bed bugs there. It was very late and we were already tired, that's why we didn't ask to change the room. We were only going to stay one night and this hotel was the highest rated on maps for safety and cleanliness. For sure next time we will stay here if we need it again.

I booked this room because of having plumbing issues in my home. I arrived and was given room 228. I go and walk to the room and when arriving to the door the room was open. Did not use the key just pushed the door open. When entering the room it seemed as if someone was in there and there was food on the counter. Very dirty and not cleaned. I go down to ask for another room and was given 219. Same thing upon waking into the room very dirty. Ripped sheets seemed as if someone had been staying in the room. I go in to take a shower and the towels are wet. I go down to ask for a new set of towels. Because using wet towels is unsanitary and who knows if they are clean. Upon approaching the front desk the man states that the room is cold and the towels are just cold. I repeat to tell him the towels were wet. He then stated he did not have a fresh set of towels and would have to wait until the morning until cleaning service arrived. Then proceeded to say it was not his Robles and to deal with it. I did not argue I just walked away. Very highly upset on how the situation was handled. Was denied a clean room and was denied accommodations. I hope this never happens to someone in the future and Management takes a loon at what’s going on.
