Service was very good. Staff was excellent. Only issue I had was the fact that I'm not a fan of cold showers. Water heater needs to be turned up a little.

Old hotel needs a freshen up. Indoor pool but not heated so kids couldn’t use it! Beds comfortable but chairs and carpet in room stained and needs cleaning

Checked in on october 5th, the front desk receptionist was not pleasant. Very straightforward and does not give out a welcoming feeling. The website advertised daily housekeeping services but during our 5 day no housekeeping was done. Rooms had limited towels and bedding was dirty.

Angela , at the front has excellent customer service and always accommodate my need for a room close to the elevator . fast check in with her as busy as she is .
The rooms should have more towels and fresher towels some of the towels so old . But over all a good hotel for a business travel

The additional bed was so dirty we had to sleep 5vpersons in 2 queens beds..
Sheets were not plesent to sleep on.
But the service man in reception was nice and the beds eventually were good enough to sleep on
