It is a location with great potential, but sadly at this moment it's really disappointing, Like others said, the bathroom especially need a complete renovation, and the breakfast was very poor, at least, with almost no vegan options (just some fruit jam and even that was not in adequate amounts). For sure I'll not recommend this place! A pity because, like I've already said, it has huge potential!
