Located in a large area and has very spacious rooms and well maintained property. We enjoyed the stay.

Staff behaviour is so good but much expensive no extra activities only stay and swim it's a useless when we select lunch staff they wont say anything about price we should use later i confirmed one person 1000 and 2000 for couples. Water game for that extra 600 only 3 games for adults remaining for kids and they can't use properly and neatness also very less near by swimming and water also i saw dead scorpion inside water
finally blanket become dirty my wife monthly problem staff said it's damaged with proof they collected extra money from us why they will use same blankets for others. No pick up and drop service finally room was tidy good atmosphere

The hotel was outskirts of the city with next to nil foot falls we were the only guest that day. Though the rooms are spacious since the hotel anticipate less travellers things were not maintained. The area was secluded and not worth the price you pay

My stay at this resort was not good. The room which we were allotted was entirely different from the pictures. Half of the amenities were also not provided. We had booked an ac room but the ac was not functioning.

Door stopper didn't work properly. Food was good. Service was good. Soap shompu was not provided on the second day. Address is given that of badami but property is located far away from badami it is in fact is near bagalkot.

We went to the resort to stay during the cycling state selections. They were very cyclist friendly. The food was also very good. The place was neat and clean and very green and peaceful. Loved the 3 nights stay.

Good place, has all the facilities. Considering the isolation, this is the best you can get here. Good big rooms with balconies available too. Omelette was exceptional!

For the given price, the resort is wonderful. 1. Rooms with good ambiance. 2. Very cozy and spacious rooms. 3. Fast room service. 4. Wonderful surrounding. 5. Polite, courteous, friendly and professional staff.
