O hotel é bem limpo, os funcionários são agradáveis… agora 250 francos por noite e nem ao menos ar-condicionado? Tentei ventilar um pouco através de uma mini janela, o que não ajudou muito. Não venham no verão. Para o padrão Suíço de qualidade, jamais daria 4 estrelas.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with all the traditional European items. Restaurant for dinner is also excellent with good service. Close to the bus station for convenient transportation. Nice country environment.

The hotel itself is a bit elder, but the rooms are all renovated. The hotel has his own parking places. Good accessibility. The location close to the park and the center is perfect. Everything was fine. I will come back.

Nice hotel with good location. Nice large and quiet room. Good breakfast. Only thing we were missing was a dressing mirror by the wardrobes and refill of coffe in the room. Small tings really, overall a pleasant stay, thank you.

Apparently I had a double reservation which was never confirmed (I tried to book through one way and always got the same error so I book through another way and finally got my reservation done, and also the confirmation email). Later, after check-in, I got an email from the hotel saying I didn't check in. When I went back to the reception to clarify this they told I had 2 reservations on the system, but that they would just cancel one of them and everything would be fine. Later, on check-out, they charged me 90CHF extra because of alleged "price difference" between the 2 reservations because one of them was not cancellable. I never got any confirmation of the second reservation (the overpriced one) and got charged anyway. Also, during check out, the lady told me I had to pay it to leave but that I was almost certainly getting this value back after she clarify this with her boss on the same day. It's been 1 week now and not even an email

Good hotel, nice location. No air conditioning in the room. Not possible to open windows due to noise of the Lunaparc of the Badenfahrt. Overall good experience otherwise, staff very friendly, breakfast with nice large choice of items. Small portions on the buffet to prevent vaste! Good 😊

The room was very hot and stuffy when we arrived. There were dirty towels in the bathroom from a previous guest.
The views were amazing and the staff was super friendly. Nice breakfast with beautiful views. Great location and free parking. Wifi worked well.
Overall I would probably stay again.
