The room was ok, with a nice view. However it was hard to see the view, as the window was so dirty. Also we had some cleanliness issues, such as a dirty towel with black spots that needed to be replaced upon arrival, dusty spots in the room etc. Which was strange, as the hotel is quite new. The pillows were so thin and only one per person, which I found to be cheap. We could request more pillows through their iPad in the room. Once we got the neck support pillows, they were basically like sleeping on a cardboard box, no support at all. I'd suggest the hotel improves their pillow quality, cleanliness and room cleaning service. The biggest issue we had is that, we requested the room to be cleaned twice and it never happened. Which was super frustrating and I've never had that happen at any other hotel before. First time we requested the room to be cleaned on their iPad in the room and that didn't happen. So we called and asked them to bring more coffee refills for the room. The second time, we went out of our way to leave the sign on the door: Room cleaning please and even told the person at the front desk that we need our room cleaned. Just to come back later at night and find nothing cleaned again. The next morning we were already checking out and told the front desk attendant that our room wasn't cleaned after all. He just said, that he told the cleaners to do it. And that's all.. I would've expected, a partial refund on a day of our stay, something to make up for that, but nothing was offered to make the situation better. We never tried their breakfast or restaurant. And we didn't have a car, so I cannot comment on that. I hope the management sees this review and tries to improve!
