Nettes Hotel mit schönem Wellnessbereich. Auch kurzfristig noch Massagetermin möglich gemacht tolles Frühstücksbuffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Check in was very quick by friendly staff members. Our spa appointments were ready for us as well. We had an upgraded room so there was a separate living room as well as the bedroom. The bath was on the small side. For dinner if you stay in the hotel on a Sunday evening, there is the buffet but you can also have just a main course from the hot items table for a lower price. There is plenty of seating in the dining area and outdoor seating under umbrellas is available, weather permitting. The buffet breakfast is extensive including a wide variety of both hot and cold foods. The spa is lovely and our massages were very nice. There is a large parking structure in the rear of the property and it has many, many electric charging stations. It is quite a distance to get into the hotel and to your room, particularly with luggage. It's an easy walk into town. The staff was excellent at every turn.

Very nice little resort tucked into the town, almost invisible from the street but big enough to have two pools and many spa-type services. Rooms impeccably clean, big breakfast, friendly service. Would gladly return!

Dieses Hotel ist fantastisch. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze, die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Service ist top, das Frühstücksbuffet ist fantastisch, das Restaurant bietet alles was man braucht. Ich war begeistert

zeer mooi hotel ,een beetje ingesloten , buiten het centrum, zeeeer lekker eten, proper kamers, spa en wellnes is in orde, goede bediening ,min puntje langen gangen en trappen is wel goed voor de conditie,

Das einzige was ich an diesem Hotel zu bemängeln habe, ist der glatte Boden in der Dusche. Alles andere ist Top (Ausstattung, Essen-Angebote, freundl. Personal etc......). Trotz dem Mangel im Duschbereich gebe ich für dieses Hotel die 6-Sterne-Bewertung.

In der Hotelbar richt man die Raucher Lounge extrem, so dass man eigentlich nicht hier sitzen kann, leider ist das Hotel so abgelegen, dass es keine Alternativen gibt. Die Bilder sind definitiv besser als die Realität. Das Parkhaus ist unglaublich eng, so dass der Abstandsassistenz in keiner Auffahrt aus dem Piepen mehr heraus kommt. Frühstück gibt es nur bis 10 Uhr, was uns im Urlaub zu früh ist. 4 Euro für eine 0,2 Flasche Wasser im Sauna Bereich ist frech. Das Wasser im Pool würde ich als kühl bezeichnen. Das ganze Hotel ist ziemlich zusammengestückelt.

Wir waren über ein Wochenende Ende März mit Freunden dort und hatten jeweils ein Superior DZ, das unseren Erwartungen und der Beschreibung entsprach. Die Spa-Einrichtungen, die sich auf mehreren Etagen bzw. Gebäudeteilen befanden und daher durch unterschiedliche Zugänge erreicht werden mussten, waren vielfältig, sehr sauber und nicht überlaufen (trotz zusätzlicher Nutzungsmöglichkeit durch externe Gäste!). Nicht gefallen hat uns der unpersönliche, wenig engagierte Service. Das machte sich nicht nur an der Rezeption sondern auch bei den Buffets für Frühstück, Kaffeetrinken und Abendessen bemerkbar. Die sonstige Gestaltung bzw. Einrichtung des Hauses empfanden wir als eher altbacken und nicht sehr ansprechend. Viele Erweiterungsmassnahmen führen zu labyrinthartigen Gängen und Treppen.
