For the past seven years, we were very satisfied with the relatively affordable JUFA hotel chain. However, it seems they have recently changed their business policy and no longer prioritize their guests as much. We booked a room for five people, but unfortunately, one person fell ill. Despite this, we were charged the full price for the room and an additional cancellation fee for the missing guest. This is not something we have experienced with other hotels. Be cautious when booking with them—you might consider alternative options that may cost just a few euros more but will pamper you with a fresher interior and a more guest-friendly business approach.
